Adult Disney Mr. Incredible Halloween Costume

Customer Review: Great
Got a lot of compliments trick-or-treating with my daughter. Lots of people said they wished they had it for a costume party!

Halloween is a time when anyone can be a kid at heart. You can celebrate the spookiest holiday of them all to your heart's content without having to break the bank in the process. With a little thought, you can create great-looking Halloween decorations. You're limited only by your imagination.

Spooky Halloween Decorating Tips

Halloween can be a wonderful time for decorating, since it's so different from any other holiday, and it has really taken off as a chance to let people's imaginations run wild over the past few years. Here are a few ideas for adding some spooky Halloween spirit to your home:

You can easily make a very attractive display by carving holes in apples the size of votive candles and then allowing the candles to float in a large glass punch bowl, galvanized metal bucket, or tub. It can be especially effective when all the lights are dimmed.

If you're having a Halloween get-together, you can keep the punch cold by freezing water in a rubber glove and then adding it to the punch bowl. It will effectively keep the punch from getting too warm while adding a wonderfully macabre touch to your table decorations.

Another fun thing you can do to dress up your punch bowl is to add plastic spiders and other creepy crawly things to your ice cubes by simply adding them to the water when you put your ice cube trays in the refrigerator. They'll add a nice eerie touch of holiday spookiness to your Halloween party.

On the outside of your home, make sure to add plenty of dry leaves around the porch. Their crunch and dead looks will make your Halloween decorations even more convincing, lending a haunted-house look to your holiday dcor.

A Tree for Halloween?

Another unusual, but effective decoration is a Halloween tree. Manufacturers turn out strings of outdoor lights for almost every holiday nowadays, so it won't be hard to find orange lights and other spooky decorations for your tree. Just check your local home improvement center or large department store. Your kids will also have a wonderful time helping to create skeletons, bats, witches, and all the other assorted characters that have a special place at Halloween time to hang on your tree. Take a standard artificial Christmas tree as your starting point and then let your imagination run wild.

If you have railings on your porch, you can also find Halloween-colored garland to thread through the rails at the same store where you found your Halloween lights for the tree. It can be especially potent when combined with your spookily decorated Halloween tree.

There's an ever increasing variety of Halloween-related decorating choices to add spookiness to your holiday dcor. You can put a special welcome mat in front of your door, you can get stick-on figures for your windows, you can get motion sensitive manikins that will make scary noises and move around when someone gets too close, and you can even buy fog machines to turn your front porch into one of the spookiest places in town on Halloween night.

Your decorations don't need to be expensive, however. Even small touches like painting river rocks along your walkway orange and adding figures or phrases like "boo" can help add to the overall ambience of your Halloween decorating. If you have a tall tree branch hanging in your garden, hang a stuffed sheet "ghost" and attach it to a hidden rope. Have someone hide and pull the rope back and forth to make the ghost move.

The bottom line: have fun with it. Halloween may be thought of as a children's holiday, but it can make for some of the most fun decorating that an adult can do every year!

Making mistakes is part of growing up and learning, but in kids' maths they are too often overlooked as a source of development for the child. Children need to be encouraged to take risks with their learning. They need to push themselves out of their comfort zone and tackle problems that they are uncertain of how to proceed with. This will give them increased confidence to tackle new concepts and will advance their education not only in maths but in general.

One indication of a child's preparedness to venture into unknown territory with confidence in maths is the appearance of their workbook. Generally, the child who is prepared to leave a mistake on the page and tackle the same problem again will be a child who is more confident in their work. This child views the attempt at the question as valid work, worth keeping. If the child has a greater awareness, he or she will understand that the process of making the mistake and then correcting it with another attempt is the key to learning in this subject.

The child who feels the need to remove the mistake and only have the perfectly correct solution in their book will have a narrower, less flexible approach to the topic. This second child will be less willing to tackle strange or difficult problems, as they view success as the completed, correct answer. Many times a child with this mindset will erase all their attempts to answer a question on a test, preferring to leave the page blank than risk having an error on it.

Several years ago I taught a particular year 7 student whose work made an impression on me. When I first collected his book, it was filled with what looked like complete nonsense. This work was done by a child from an non-English speaking background who had had very little exposure to education. While the work itself made no sense, the child had taken the numbers and symbols we had been working with in class and had attempted to use these to complete the homework task. This child had toiled away for over two pages in his exercise book making what looked like sums.

To me, that was an excellent effort. That child took a risk. He was prepared to be wrong, but took a risk and did his very best to complete the task he was given and in fact did far more work than was asked of him. That student went on to make excellent progress in math that year. By the end of the academic year he was competent with the basic operations, could handle simple fractions and equations and had memorized his 1 - 15 times tables.

Risks need to be taken by children and they need to be rewarded, regardless of the outcome. Math students need to be told frequently that since they are doing unfamiliar work they must expect to make mistakes, and that these mistakes are an essential part of their learning. If a child hears this often enough and is regularly rewarded for attempting work they are unfamiliar with, they have the opportunity to develop a positive approach to risk taking in the classroom.

Evil Jester Costume Adult

Includes a double knit polyester shirt and matching pants, waist sash, headpiece and mask. Available in adult sizes Medium and Large.
Customer Review: Not quite like the photo in advertisement (as usual)
My main reason for returning this costume was the mask & headpiece. The mask is NOT white as shown, but is a "dingy yellowish" white that looks awful with the red/black costume. A white mask like the one pictured would have looked excellent in contrast to the red/black. The headpiece doesn't stay in place, especially the "points" on top - they flip flop all over the place due to the design and being VERY sparingly stuffed with polyfill. The little plastic skulls on the ends of them are too heavy and weigh them down (design flaw). Also, be aware that the black gloves are not included. I already knew this prior to purchasing, but just wanted to make a note of it for those who weren't aware of it.
Customer Review: Cheap
Very cheap. The head part kept falling over. Don't buy unless you want to be annoyed. Vendor was great! Arrive quickly.

When you're setting the table for Halloween, you have to remember every step of the way that it's about fun, tricks and treats. Don't be afraid to go out on a limb and you'll have a success every Halloween.

If you're having a Halloween party or you just plain want to get into the spirit of the holiday, there are plenty of ways that you can get around to setting the table for Halloween without getting caught in the undertow.

Undertow? What does that mean? Basically, getting caught in the undertow means doing too much without causing enough of a bang. Halloween is a time for celebration, fun, tricks and treats and most especially pranks.

When you're getting ready for the scariest holiday of them all and possible the scariest day of them all, you need to find a way to hide yourself and your regular table setting.

Setting the table for Halloween is not actually as scary as the holiday itself. In fact, now that nearly every grocery store, department store and discount store around recognizes the holiday and supports your right to be scary and play tricks on people, you can find everything you need to create a scary, totally fun look as you're setting the table for Halloween.

Halloween Table Ideas

Some ideas for setting the table for Halloween include a block of dry ice with water in a cauldron in the middle of the table, surrounded by your goodies. This trick, as everyone well knows, will make it look like your cauldron is smoking. And, if you want to take it a step further, you can turn your decoration into the punch bowl at your party. You can still place the dry ice inside-don't worry, it's safe as long as no one tries to eat it straight up-and it will make your punch look like it's smoking which is especially interesting if it's green or even red.

Other excellent ideas for setting the table for Halloween include placing motion activated spiders, bugs, worms and even bloody hands around the table and especially goodies if you're having a party-this not only looks creepy but will also frighten your guests every time they reach for some chips and dip.

And when you're setting the table for Halloween, don't forget to include the spider webs. Spider webs are a staple of creating a creepy and scary feeling for the Halloween holiday and creating a space for them is one of the most important things you can do to give your table the big bang of table settings for this particular holiday.

Halloween, most importantly, is supposed to be a holiday built around fun, tricks and treats, so you can't and shouldn't pass up the opportunity to give your table a little of all three. Have fun when you're setting the table for Halloween and don't be shy. Going out on a limb and going a little overboard for holidays is okay.

Remember, no matter what you do when you're setting the table for Halloween, it's only for a little while, so if you're not 100% comfortable with the designs, the table settings and the tricks, it will all be coming down after just a few short days.

Jo Thompson just loves to throw a great party. And to have a great party as opposed to just a good one you have to decorate. Find all her table setting ideas with pictures here at http://www.table-settings-with-pictures.com along with some Halloween table setting ideas.

Sexy Cheeky Butt Out Cowgirl Halloween Costume - SMALL

Sexy cowgirl costume includes cowboy hat, neckband, bra top with faux fur trim, pant legs with faux fur, belt and thong. (pants looks like chaps)

Halloween is a holiday celebrated on October 31st. Generally, Halloween is related to the scarier aspects of life such as like death, magic, and mythical creatures. Ghosts, ghouls, black cats, spiders, gnomes, skeletons, demons, monsters, and the famous Dracula are among the more famous Halloween personalities.

Halloween traditional colors are black and orange. Purple, green, and red are recent additions. Pumpkins and scarecrows are the symbols of Halloween.

One of the elements used in order to make Halloween a uniquely memorable occasion is make-ups and costumes. Pumpkins and Jack-o-Lanterns are one of the symbols of Halloween, so use a large number of carved pumpkins to decorate your Halloween party. Stenciled pumpkins will give the visitors to your party a scary feeling, as will creepy decorations.

Hang Halloween magic mirrors at the entrance of your home. Watching people get scared looking at their own terrifying reflections will be quite comic. Use dark decorations like a Halloween beacon with a pumpkin, Halloween clocks, Halloween candle holders, and Halloween wreaths for creepy Halloween parties. Use Halloween flags and banners in front of the party hall.

Decorate your car with Halloween stickers, posters, and symbols. Display all spooky Halloween toys in a table. Glue all the scary Halloween photographs in a frame, and hang it in the centre of the party hall. Decorate and light up your party with Halloween lights. Play Halloween music and videos that give off a spooky effect.

Arrange Halloween games like 'Finding a Monster', 'Make a Mummy', 'Halloween Pictionary,' and 'Build a Monster' for kids and adults to boost the enthusiasm of the participants and to enhance the enjoyment at the party.

Sexy 3Pc School Spirit Cheerleader Halloween Costume

Halloween treats are the most yummiest part of the holiday season. You, your children, friends and family can have an enjoyable Halloween activity while preparing your treats ahead of time, so you can later enjoy the festivities of trick or treating, bonfires and various masquerade or costume parties during this pleasurably mysterious autumn event. With your imagination and some helpful hints, you can create the ultimate Halloween treats.

Bobbing for apples is one of the simplest treats, while also creating and interestingly entertaining game for all ages. Simply get a large container to hold the water and washed apples. Outside is always the best place for this activity, however while inside you might cover the floor with plastic, such as a large garbage bag and you will need some plastic to drape over the individuals who are bobbing for apples and a couple of clothes pins to secure the drape. If you let the children play this early in the schedule, they will eat the apples, leaving little less room for the sugar sweets. Also, keep an adult close by for water safety reasons.

With clear glass containers or punch bowls, place a couple of small activated glow sticks into them and then add a clear soda of your choice and orange juice and maybe even some vanilla ice cream or orange sherbet, or even green or blue Kool-Aid, if you wish. When making a punch without ice cream or sherbet, you might like the ghostly wisp of visual effect of using dry ice. However, when using dry ice, remind your guests that dry ice cannot be ingested, as it will burn. Be careful in considering whether to serve dry ice to children. You can always place dry ice in a separate container of water in a plastic cauldron when entertaining children. Making creepy ice for the punch is easy when you use latex gloves or masks.

Creative Halloween cakes and cupcakes are always a hit. You can find special recipes to follow online, you will find there are many from which to choose. For instance, cakes can be decorated as ghosts, spiders and webs as well as any creepy character you can imagine for Halloween. When making cupcakes, include the children when it is time for decorating them and everyone will have a wonderful time preparing your Halloween treats.

When making cookies thick gelatins or finger sandwiches, use Halloween cookie cutters and molds and various colors for decorating. Use last years, plastic jack-o-lantern, trick or treat containers to hold any candy treats and place them in various locations. The old stand bys of mints, nuts, pretzels, chips and dips are ever faithful as party treats. Add a few drops of green or orange food coloring to the dip, if you like.

Perhaps you might get grossly creative and make some boogers on a stick by mixing green food coloring with cheese dip and then dipping one end of a pretzel stick for a creepy treat. Make chocolate spider treats by melting some chocolate chips or flavored almond bark and pouring it over some chow mien noodles. You might also enjoy making your own candy apples and caramel or cheese flavored popcorn for a pleasant Halloween treat. Homemade apple cider is good for washing all these treats down and remember that you can use left over pumpkin meat for making pumpkin bread, pies, muffins and even pumpkin soup. Very soon you'll be having the ultimate Halloween.

Newborn Baby Pea in The Pod Halloween Costume, 0-6 Months

Customer Review: Cheap
This costume was awful. Thank God we had a backup costume. The peas tear off easy and the fabric was very itchy. I hightly don't recomend this for any baby.
Customer Review: Pea Pod
I bought this for my 2 month old and he looked really cute in it. It is made as well as I would think a costume is. I would recommend this for very little ones(under 6 months) I don't think a baby over that could stand to be in it. When I got this it was size 0-9 months in size...

You bet! They were most definitely in the minority but they were never the less there and very able. So don't worry about sacrificing your well established credibility among your fellow renaissance faire friends when you buy a really cool and very authentic pirate costume...one you wanted bad, you wanted real bad! Rest assured you are in the right when you carry your own cutlass!

More later about who you can base you character on but first let's get to that killer outfit designed with the essentials. Did I mention that this is also a costume that is not only renaissance faire appropriate but will wear well at that Halloween party where we adults get to dress up or down, your call.

Chemise

The chemise, the foundation for ALL renaissance era clothing or costumes is important. The fortunate thing about a pirates costume is that if they were a pirate and were caught they typically were executed. So flaunting the statuary laws by dressing above their station and risking a fine was not a major concern, know what I mean? All chemise styles, fabrics and colors, except purple of course are appropriate for your new festival garb. Stick to the full length version even though you are running with the guys.

Over dress

If you are going to base your costume on the pirate why not be the captain? Do you want to be climbing the rigging or swabbing the decks? Didn't think so! You will however need to be armed. A loose fitting chemise and equally loose over dress can hide many weapons.

Boots

Thigh high boots, maybe for that Halloween party but not at the local renaissance faire. It would not be quite authentic and would most definitely be uncomfortable walking around in them at the fair all day. You will want them to be black leather and calf high. They will not be as fitted as most women wear today but loose and roll down a little at the top.

Lady Mary Killigrew

She was a daughter of a pirate and married to a pirate from Suffolk England. Her husband was appointed by Queen Elizabeth I to the rank of Vice-Admiral and was charged with suppressing piracy. When the good captain Sir Killigrew went to sea the Lady Mary "commandeered" her castle staff and went to sea herself. Her luck finally ran out in 1570 when she captured a German merchant carrying freight and sailed it to Ireland to see what she could get for her pirates work.

One problem the owner of the vessel she pirated was a friend of Queen Elizabeth, this is not a good thing. There are multiple versions of what took place next but the outcome was that she quit the pirating business...and took up fencing stolen goods! What a gal!

Want to learn more about the Renaissance Faire and the appropriate costumes to wear? Stop by my Renaissance Faire Costumes blog and learn more about the clothes of the Nobles, Peasants and Court of Renaissance Europe. Lady Mary was a pirate but lets not forget she was also a Noble Lady so she may have also worn a beautiful Avon Jupon gown of velvet with a satin chemise. One costume is never enough!

How would you like to hand out candy this Halloween that you yourself had as a child?
We have the resources on how to get candy for cheap that you ate as a child yourself.
Share the same experience this Halloween that you had as a child.

History on Candy
The Arabs' word for it was qandi, from qand, a lump of cane sugar. It came down to us, virtually intact, through successive European languages: Old Italian (zucchero candi), Old French (sucre candi), Middle English (sugre candi). In the 1800s, Americans called it "sugar candy." Now, it's just candy.

The word "candy" doesn't cover only pure-sugar concoctions, but also includes an array of tasty confections combining sugar or similar substances with other compatible ingredients such as fruits, nuts or chocolate. And the most popular of these, as most Americans will confirm, is chocolate. When we think of a "candy bar," what generally comes to mind includes chocolate-usually, milk chocolate-although it often contains nuts, along with a variety of sugars, fats and flavorings.

Candy is in fact considered a food. Its basic elements are included in the U.S. Department of Agriculture's "Food Pyramid" (see illustration)~in that small triangle at the top labeled "Fats, Oils, & Sweets~Use Sparingly." The calorie content is a recognized nutritional value, and in some parts of the world, that may be a significant advantage.

Some candies-those containing milk or nuts, for example- do offer some beneficial food values, in addition to the calories. All foods contain calories, of course. A calorie is neither "good" nor "bad" in itself but simply a heat unit. Calories, of course, are needed by the body as a source of energy. So enjoy!

Greek God of Athens Adult Halloween Costume

Greek God Adult Costumes for a Greek look that will be a huge hit this Halloween!! A Greek Costume is guaranteed to make this Halloween one to remember!!

Do you remember what you wore on last Halloween? How much time did you use to think up the brilliant idea? It must take a very long time and it must be hard. But I can say that is already more interesting than the past. People used to only wear scary Halloween costumes and they hardly came up with creative ideas.

Nowadays you can put on everything you like. You can look traditionally terrible. You can become famous characters such as wearing Queen of Hearts Halloween costumes. You can be anyone you want. I am going to give your more and more ideas.

Before helping you think up an idea, I would like to share one thing with you. Along with the development of technology, you no longer need to enter a store to choose your Halloween costumes. You can now buy it through online costumes stores. Most of them provide lots of choices for you.

For example, if you are searching for Queen of Hearts Halloween costumes, you may have at least 12 kinds of costumes on any online costumes stores. So I strongly suggest you buying online.

As I said before it is not a must for you to dress up like ghosts or vampires anymore (of course you can if you want.). You can be sexy, beautiful or charming. Put on Queen of Hearts Halloween costumes and loudly say off with your head or become Ironman to protect your lovers. It greatly depends on your mind. The more creative you are, the more fun you will have.

It may not be movie or story characters. You can dress up like people in different career. A waiter or a doctor will be good ideas. You may even buy a school uniform and it must help you recall lots of wonderful memories. I personally am going to dress up like a prisoner in this year because I do not think I will become a real prisoner in future.

You may also become celebrities. It is the simplest way because it does not require many accessories. You can just buy a mask or a wig. Can you imagine you become Brad Pitt and everyone ask you for signature? It must be amazing.

Do not worry that you will be foolish. Everyone is going to be foolish on Halloween. They just want to enjoy a wonderful Halloween. That is time for you to make your dream come true. Can you think of any other festivals that you can wear pirate costumes? You probably cannot. So grab this chance. Use you imagination and try to become unique on Halloween. Wizard of Oz - Scarecrow Adult Halloween Costume (B701)

Wizard of Oz - Scarecrow Costume includes: Headpiece, shirt, pants & belt cord.

Goodie bags, scavenger hunts, charades, cake, balloons -- these are memories that our children will have forever. To get started conceptualizing birthday party ideas, consider place, theme, food, activities and budget. The options are as limitless as the smiles on a successful party day!

Sometimes a fantastic kids birthday party revolves around a certain place. Memorable times will be had by all if you plan your celebration at: a roller rink or ice skating rink, a bowling alley, an indoor waterpark, the local park, a movie theatre, a restaurant (Mcdonalds, Major Magic, Chuckie Cheese), Toys R Us, laser tag, the science museum, a mini-golf / go-cart facility, a paintball place, a rock gym, the zoo, or at a medieval times theatre performance. These are just a few birthday party ideas your kids might love.

Another option is throwing a theme party at your own home. A great starting point for birthday party ideas is Coolest Kid Birthday Parties, where you can find instructions on making unique birthday invitations, find out where to buy partyware, a how-to-make-your-own-decorations guide for each theme, what icebreaker activities and games to plan, where to find costumes, what food to serve and what celebration favors to give out.

It's really a one-stop shop for your celebration planning needs! Planning a kids birthday party doesn't have to be stressful. The only difficult choice is which theme to choose: pirate, superheroes, wild west, knights and princesses, detective, circus, safari, sports, mystery, dinosaurs, Hollywood, army, Hawaiian, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Shrek, American Idol, Transformers, dress up, magic, under the sea, Caribbean, barnyard or medieval?

The general rule of thumb is to pick the theme and then the food. For instance, you might want to make a pineapple cheesecake for a Hawaiian celebration, turkey legs for a pirate celebration, elephant-shaped "peanutbutter and jellyphant" sandwiches for a safari one, or buffalo wings and bronco burgers for a western theme.

If you want to skip the planning and go for cost-efficiency, BBQ hamburgers, subs or sheet pizza is an easy answer. While children generally aren't too picky, remember that for adults, the food makes the celebration.

The hardest part of throwing a kids birthday party is planning activities. Organizing several games to break up the day and keep kids entertained is the key to a successful celebration. You may purchase a slip and slide water game or water balloons for fun summer birthday party ideas.

Bobbing for apples, relay races, pinatas, pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey, tag, magnetic fishing games, musical chairs, Twister and Charades are always classic games. If you want to be really creative and wow the celebration, a scavenger hunt can be a memorable experience.

Check Oriental Trading for some neat prizes and goodie bag ideas. You'll want every child to win a prize, so that no one ends up crying or feeling bad. Your best bet are games where everyone participates, the kids remain active and everyone wins in the end.

For large budgets, select from original birthday party ideas such as: surf simulators, sumo suits, petting zoos, hypnotists, magicians, rock climbs or bounce houses.

For smaller budgets, a simple Slip N Slide, a game of Twister, charades or a treasure hunt can work wonders. Large budgets may require catering, while small budgets can make use of The Dollar Store partyware and sheet pizza.

A visit to Party City or The Dollar Store can also be a huge help. Whether your event consists of balloons, mimes and ponies or pirate decorations or just a cake and a treasure hunt, you aren't alone in your search for birthday party ideas.

The internet has many sources for all-in-one event planning to make this day truly memorable!

Adult's Purple Grapes Halloween Costume

Halloween costumes make for wonderful props for make believe while celebrating this holiday season and everyone enjoys dressing up and masquerading as someone or something else, even if it is for only one day of the year. The most important thing about dressing up in a Halloween costume is to be comfortable, safe and enjoying yourself.

When considering the perfect Halloween costume, you will want to look around to find out what type of Halloween costumes are popular for this year, since every year brings new ideas for costumes and masks. Then you should decide what type of theme you would like to follow for picking your perfect costume. You will find there is a wide assortment of Halloween costumes for adults, children, infants, couples and teenagers.

Choosing your Halloween costume theme is a personal choice, whether you chose to masquerade as a cartoon character, ghouls and goblins, famous people and movie stars or something more traditional, you can pick the perfect Halloween costume and be the life of the party.

You can make a Halloween costume yourself if you like, which can be both creatively entertaining and fun, you can buy or even rent Halloween costumes, however you should keep in mind that when buying or renting a costume for Halloween that if you wait until the last minute, the choices for good costumes are already gone, so it is in your best interest to shop early in the season. The most important thing about picking the ultimate Halloween costume is to find one that is comfortable for you to wear and move around in, while wearing it to your Halloween costume and masquerade festivities.

Making your own costume can be lots of fun, since you allow your imagination to run freely. One cute idea for children is to take various colored, blown up balloons and a clear plastic garbage bag. Cut holes for the head and arms and then secure the bottom around the straddle, after filling the bag with balloons and they can go as a gum ball machine. A mummy is easy to make when using an old sheet, torn into strips and then wrapped all around the body. A trip to the thrift store can offer many ideas for costumes, from fairies, scarecrows and hobos. Children love dressing up like mom and dad, so you might consider allowing them to wear something from your closet.

When picking the perfect Halloween costume, always consider safety first, such as wearing flame-retardant materials and masks that do not obstruct a clear view of the area around the person wearing a mask. Also, you should make sure that when out trick or treating that children wear some type of reflective material and carry a flash light, so they are easily seen by passing motorist. When its cold out, make sure your Halloween costume is large enough to accommodate wearing warm clothing underneath, while if it is warm weather, your costume should not be so thick and bulky as to cause uncomfortable overheating while wearing it.

Halloween is a mysterious and interesting time of the year for make believe and masquerade, whether you are a child or an adult, whether you choose to be ghoulishly creepy or whimsically charming, above all stay safe and have a wonderful Halloween when wearing your ultimately perfect Halloween costume. You're now on your way to having the ultimate Halloween.

Officer Naughty Plus Elite Collection Adult Adult Costume

This provocative, fully finished garment includes a navy blue stretch poplin mini dress with front zipper, embroidered patches ("POLICE" on the front & "TNAPD Party Patrol" on the sleeve), black vinyl belt with silver color buckle, black boot tops, faux police hat with attached silver color plastic police shield, and plastic toy handcuffs with a key. Shoes not included.

Autographed celebrity photos can be a great collector's item, allowing you to have a piece of memorabilia which you can proudly display and show your admiration and love for the certain celebrity. These photos can be of anything from famous movie stars to special moments within a film, photographs of your favorite sports stars scoring a special point or a well-loved musician on stage during a tour. Any of these examples are easily photographed and signed by a favorite celebrity and any of these photographs could be proudly kept by a devoted fan.

These photos can be delicate, however, and you must be sure to take care of them as well as you would take care of your own family photos. These photos are often larger than the typical photos which one takes with their camera, meaning that they might need some special techniques when it comes to storing these photos in a safe way. The most important thing is to figure out exactly how you want to store these photos before you begin to invest in measures which will keep these photos safe.

If you plan on hanging these photos up on a wall to display them to all of your guests, the easiest way to accomplish this task is to simply buy photo frames for these photos. Frames will allow you to hang them on the wall in what appears to be a professional manner. The front of the frame will stop anything from accidentally splattering over the photo, potentially damaging it, while the back will allow the photo to hang easily for display. Good frames can also be expensive, though, and this is something for any collector on a budget to keep in mind.

You could also easily begin to keep a photo album full of autographed celebrity photos. This would allow for an easy way for anyone to flip through the book, looking at all of the autographed memorabilia pictures which you have managed to collect, while keeping these photos organized in a safe manner. The protections on the pages will keep the photos free from moisture and light exposure, allowing them to remain crisp and clear for many years. In addition to this, the photos will be able to be easily displayed, allowing you to show off your collection while still keeping the photos in a prime condition.

Another option is to simply keep the photos in sealed envelopes. This doesn't give you the option of frequently displaying the photos, but having the knowledge of their existence is enough for many people. These people would rather know that their collectible item is safe rather than showing it off. Keeping it protected in envelopes, away from everyday traffic is certainly one way to ensure that damage should not come to the photo. Whichever method is chosen, it is important to remember that the most important thing to do is to keep the surface of the photo away from the elements. By placing it under a plastic or glass covering, the surface can easily be protected from any damage which might come to it.

Marauder's Wench Gold/Black Sexy Adult

Includes a peasant top dress with a jeweled brooch. Available in adult sizes Small, Medium, and Large. Not included are the hat, boots, and stockings.

Ghosts, goblins and creatures of the night will soon be prowling the streets.

Halloween will soon be upon us, small children will be dressed in out landish costumes and the world may turn scary for your dog or cat. Cats, generally have sense to hide when things get a bit much for them, but dogs on the other hand seem to want to stick around and defend the household from the strange intruders.

Halloween can be a dangerous time for our pets. As Halloween gets closer, and daylight savings time ends, the evenings are suddenly much darker and with that, sometimes "strange behaviors" occur.

What do I mean by that? Without trying to frighten anyone, I want to make you aware that even in the "best" of neighborhoods as it gets close to Halloween strange things happen, especially in regard to cats.

There are people that during this time of year, get some sort of a "kick" out of hurting small animals, mainly black cats and other cats. Maybe it is the spirit of witchcraft that fills the air. Whatever it is, it is best to keep kitty and other small pets in the house as it begins to get dark.

Dogs, too, face a stressful time, as children in strange costumes and false faces present a scary picture to a dog. Granted some dogs will just bark, but others might try to attack the "creature."
So acting on the side of caution it is wise to keep your dog inside the house.

What other things should you consider as Halloween approaches? Halloween decorations with candles inside are pretty and cute, but tails on dogs and curious cats can mean serious problems like a fire or hot wax spilled on a pet. Cats can get serious burns and not realize it, until it is too late, as they like heat.

What would Halloween be without candy? Chocolate and pets is a no-no. Candy wrappers, especially the foil ones, can be ingested and cause your pet some serious problems.

Trick or treaters at the door, I love seeing the children all dressed up, but your cat or dog can make a quick escape out the door, while you are distracted handing out goodies. Again, on the side of caution keep your pet in a "safe room" while all this is going on. The dark of night is no time to go looking for a scared pet.

If you are planning on dressing up your pet for the occasion, first be certain it will not stress the pet out.

Secondly, if you want your pet to greet people at the door, do yourself a favor and the pet, too put your pet's leach on and fasten it to your wrist. Why? Just to make certain when Halloween is all over, the two of you are still together.

An ounce of prevention is worth the effort it takes to ensure the safety of your pet and the others who come to your door.

Happy Halloween to you all.

Zeus Adult

The Zeus costume includes: grey toga, drape, decorative chest plate, two (2) arm guards with lightning bolt symbols, and copper crown. Sandals not included.

Recently, we had two additions to our family. Two of our four daughters adopted a dog. Everyone in the family has one or two dogs, cats, rabbits and even a horse. Our daughters grew up with horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, and even ducks. So this love of animals stayed with them and now their children love animals, too.

I think animals give more to us that we could possible realize. First of all, they give unconditional love. It doesn't matter how we look or what the world thinks, they love us. It has been proven that owning an animal lowers blood pressure. I even read about a little boy that could not learn to read until a dog was allowed to sit with him.

Dogs may not speak but they understand what you are talking about and even when you are not feeling up to par. What a blessing they are!

Here are a few tips and activities on being kind to animals from the humane society of the United States:

Get the word out: Educate your friends, family and teachers about cruelty and its connection to human violence by sharing information and materials from The Humane Society of the United States at http://www.hsus.org.

Start an animal protection club at your school. Visit http://www.humaneteen.org/?q=node/44. View the activities that teens are doing for animals and start a club similar.

Make the 'Net' work: If you find an Internet site that promotes animal abuse, urge the service provider that hosts the website to remove it immediately. You can find the address of the website provider at networksolutions.org.

Keep a lookout: If you see a stray or injured animal, contact your local animal care and control agency or the police. Provide a description of the animal and the location.

Be a responsible pet owner: Don't let your cats and dogs roam. Cats are safest indoors. When outdoors, dogs should be walked on a leash or supervised in a fenced yard. It's up to you to keep your pets safe and out of harm's way.

http://www.care2.com teaches animal kindness and also has places you can click for helping animals.

I think I'll go give Sunny a hug right now.

Adult Varsity Cheerleader Men's costume for Halloween

Men's Varsity Cheerleader Adult Costumes for a Funny look that will be a huge hit this Halloween!! The Men's Cheerleader Costume is guaranteed to make this Halloween one to remember!

Do you remember the good times when you had during the 50's? The decade when Rock and Roll was born? The decade that meant good times is just starting? The fly, the twist, the mambo jambo, the rhumba, the La Bamba, the Boogie and those other wild crazy dancing? What about the fashion? Do you remember what it's like during those times? During this decade, the raw materials of Scottish tweeds and English worsted suit materials were renowned as being of exceptional quality.

The wools were also used by the French and the British did everything they could to promote the fine materials with fine designs. The result would be 1950s glamour. But before that, 18-year-old girls used to dress up as if they are older than their mothers and with the revolutionary style of the late 1950's, out-of-style fashion and elaborate designs came out with a rampage. Wouldn't it be fun to relive those 1950's fashion even just once every year? How about this coming Halloween? You can even opt to celebrate it wearing the Fifties Halloween costumes.

If you're thinking about 50's-styel Halloween costumes, perhaps, the closest thing that you're going to get is an Elvis Presley costume. The King of Rock n Roll was famous not only for his cornerstone fusion of rock n rolls, country, rhythm and blues and gospel music, but he was also famous for the clothes that he wore.

Even up to now, you can still see some traces of Elvis influence wherever you go. Why, even making the collar of your sports shirt stand from one shoulder to another reaching both of your ears is a sure sign of Elvis-style clothing. Costumes of the King of Rock and Roll are always in high demand and this has been further fueled by both Stag Night parties and, more lately, cricket fans where you commonly see a whole group of Elvis running around either swaying their pelvis or just walking cat-style.

Elvis has always had a distinctive style and any age group will surely be fascinated by his guts of being different from the rest. And even in any different occasion or just on ordinary days, people find themselves fancy a clothing style influenced by Elvis.

Today, a lot of costume retailers have a wide selection of Elvis and other 50's, late 50's and early 60's costumes that will surely make heads turn during the Halloween event. There are even some available elaborate Elvis costumes that would tickle the fancy of show performers and impersonators anywhere.

But always remember, you don't have to be expensive to be genuine and a stand-out. You can just dress up an early-Elvis costume that's made up of skinny fit jeans, white tee, black jacket, a gel-style combed-back hair and a pair of stick-on sideburns and you is done.

But what if you don't want to be like Elvis? Well, you don't have to miss out the Halloween fun just because you don't want to look like The King. Cats can wear jeans with turn-ups, the same white tee and swept-back "greased" hair and the chicks can go around with clam digger trousers, tight jumper and a chiffon scarf worn in the hair and if you think that the sun still shines on you even if it's night time already, go and get some 50's-style dark sunglasses.

So, whether you want to be like Elvis, Fats Domino, Ritchie Valens or The Platters, for sure, you can find these Fifties Halloween costumes to be a stand-out in the crowd, whether you bought it offline or online or you might have made one for your own by yourself.

For more information on Halloween Costumes, please visit http://www.gifthalloween.com/ which is an educational website devoted to helping people understand Halloween Costumes and make a good Halloween Costumes selection.

Drinking water treatment is essential for the delivery of safe clean water to your home. Tap water is not as clean and safe as people are lead to believe. Therefore, it is important to have your drinking water filtered regardless of where you live.

Your local water company will add chlorine to the water; it is added to kill the bacteria. However, chlorine is not particularly good for your body. Thus, we should use a drinking water treatment method to remove chlorine and any other chemicals and impurities from the water.

Drinking water contamination is a problem that many municipalities have had to deal with in recent years. The problem is that pesticides and herbicides get into the water that we drink.

Then, can we rely on the treatment facilities to remove all the harmful chemicals from the water? Natural water also contains healthy minerals that are good for our health.

A good drinking water treatment system will remove the impurities and leave the minerals in the water. Some filtration systems are known to remove minerals from the water such as reverse osmosis systems.

There are many different types of treatment systems. Before you purchase one, you will need to determine what your needs are. Do you need a countertop unit or a unit that fits under your kitchen counter? Alternatively, do you want a unit that attaches to the incoming water lines such as a whole house unit?

Does anyone in your family suffer from asthma? Chlorine fumes from a shower can cause irritate an asthma sufferer and cause flare-ups.

It is amazing that so many people do not realize that they have the ability to provide their families with a miracle cure to so many ailments. That miracle cure is a drinking water treatment system that helps to purify your family's drinking water.

Everyone would agree that they want the best for their children. However, if you are not concerned with drinking water contamination then you are not looking out for your kids.

In conclusion, the information we provide is not meant to scare anyone, it is meant to educate. Our drinking water is not as safe as you think it is. It is time for everyone to seriously consider a home drinking water treatment system.

We have done a lot of research on the latest information about drinking water treatment systems and their benefits to everyone. We are passionate about water purification and providing people with the best drinking water possible.

Asian Lady Black Adult Wig Halloween Accessory (B236)

Costume Wigs Asian Lady Halloween Wig one size (adult)

I was asked by Camp Med, a licensed day care program and summer camp sponsored by the City of South Pasadena, to give a presentation to our campers about the upcoming Summer Olympics, as I would be leaving for Beijing shortly to work on the Games. I thought if I just talk and the kids just listen, it could get kind of boring. So instead, I proposed an Olympic Family Feud.

The campers were divided into 4 groups. The winning group would each receive a prize. The way it worked is that I would ask a question and give one specific group a chance to respond. Unlike television Family Feud where only one person can participate, here anyone from the group could chip in. The team leader would then try to write down the best answer. If the answer was wrong, the question would move to the next group. If one group was noticeably weaker, they would get the easier questions.

What struck me is how engaged the kids got. You could see the wheels turning. They started thinking. They wanted to give the right answer. They wanted to win. They were having fun and so were the other counselors.

The questions asked required different skills, memory, reasoning and also listening (to what I had talked about throughout the summer). Due to the internet, it was very easy to come up with questions as multiple trivia, kids and information sites exist.

When I returned from the Olympics, the kids were very interested about my experience. It was as if the Olympic Family Feud had opened the door for them to be aware and interested in the Olympics. The event was such a success that we are following it up with a Halloween Family Feud. For Halloween Family Feud, more jokes and questions with an element of levity will be included. Child's Toddler Mermaid Halloween Costume (2-4T)

Costume is sold as BRAND NEW and it comes in its orginal packaging.Place your order TODAY and it will ship out within 1 business day!
Customer Review: Cute costume, don't bother buying online though
For $29 this costume was the right price, but when I had to add $10 for shipping and tax, over $40, this costume was now overpriced. For $40 I would expect a very good quality costume. It wasn't terrible, but it was thin material like you would expect for a costume you'd buy at a discount store for $20. The sequins were falling off within the first minute of it being put on. We haven't worn it for an extended period for Halloween yet. The tail doesn't stick out like it does in the picture. Also, my daughter is 5 and the size 2-4T is still too big on her, it's going to have to be altered, either poorly by me or well by someone else (which adds more to the price again). I would suggest this size for a 6 year old (although my kids run small). Otherwise, the costume looks pretty much like the picture; it's a cute costume, just a little overpriced when you include the shipping.
Customer Review: disappointed
When I ordered this product, I expected to also receive the wig as it is shown with it and does not specify that it is not included. I was not happy with the extra expense of purchasing the wig separately. Susan A. Plonka

French candy is rich in history and tradition as well as being very tasty. You can take a whole tour of France just by tasting these unusual candies - each with its unique story. Enjoy your bonbons.

Le Calisson

A calisson is a little treasure of a candy to be savored slowly with much appreciation. These diamond shaped candies are made from a jelly of ground almonds and melon and are topped with white royal icing. They are a speciality of Aix in the south of France and at one time in history even served as the eucharistic bread in Catholic churches in the area.

Les Marrons Glaces

These are whole candied chestnuts and are a speciality of the Ardeche region in the south of France. They are meant to be eaten whole just as as they are although you can also find jars of broken ones used for cooking. In France, candied chestnuts are eaten mostly at Christmas time.

Le Nougat de Montelimar

The Nougat of Montelimar comes from the south of France and is sanctioned by an AOC (Appellation d'Origine Controlee). A product that marks itself with the appellation must contain a minimum of 30 percent almonds (or 28 percent almonds and 2 percent pistachios) and 25 percent honey. This sticky nougat also characteristically features egg whites which makes an airy, light candy. Nougat is often featured as one of the thirteen desserts at Christmas eve celebrations in Provence.

Les Pastilles de Vichy

These hexagonal hard candies were developed as a digestive aid by a pharmacist working in Vichy in the 1800's. They incorporate the mineral salts contained in Vichy water and come in mint, lemon and anise flavors. Perhaps you would enjoy trying them as an accompaniment to your next ten course French meal.

Les Cachous

These licorice drops were invented by a pharmacist, Leon Lajaunie, working in Toulouse in the late 1800's. The success of this candy is attributed as much to its innovative packaging as to its taste. Lajaunie had the brilliant idea of marketing his licorice drops in a special little yellow box that persists to this day, with more than 10 million tins sold each year.

Le Berlingot de Nantes

A berlingot is a hard candy with an unusual tetrahedron shape that invites you to turn the candy over and over in your mouth. It comes in just about any flavor you can imagine and is a speciality of the city of Nantes, in north western France. There is also a striped berlingot that hails from Carpentras and the two cities like to contend which was the originator of this fun candy.

La Betise de Cambrai

These candies were supposedly invented as a result of an error or stupidity (the French word betise does not have a perfect English translation) committed by an apprentice candy maker in the 1800's in the northern town of Cambrai. They are white mint flavored hard candies with a strip of caramel on the side to sweeten their taste.

La Bergamote de Nancy

The town of Nancy in the north east region of Lorraine is renowned in France for its bergamot candy. Bergamot is a sort of orange tree that produces a very sour orange, and it is the essence from the peel of this orange that is used to make these square, slightly sour candies.

L'anis de Flavigny

These hard candies have a surprise at their center - an anise seed. They come in several enchanting flavors including rose, orange, anise, licorice and mint. These days there is only one company making these candies which are a speciality of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain in the Burgundy region of France.

Le Negus de Nevers

Another candy from the Burgundy region, this one features a soft chocolate center encased in a hard, clear candy coating. These candies are difficult to make and must be made by hand, considerably adding to their mystique. They were invented by a candy maker for the World Expo in 1901 and are named after the ruler (or negus) of Ethiopia who was visiting France that year.

Sexy 3Pc Alice In Wonderland Queen Of Hearts Halloween Costume

3Pc. Queen Of Hearts Incl Crown W/ Heart Charm, Dress & Stockings MEDIUM RED/BLK/YLW

Bustierwhen most women consider this lingerie piece, they think uncomfortable, impractical and just not for them. But this could not be further from the truth. Bustiers can be very comfortable with the flexible stretch fabrics of today and very practical for specific occasions or clothing choices. Of course, bustiers are also still a favorite when looking for an exotic, sexy lingerie piece.

A sultry strapless bustier is a very functional lingerie item. In addition to the practicality of being strapless, bustiers work well with more fitted clothing. The bustier helps you achieve that desirable hourglass shape that is talked about so much on What Not to Wear shows. Sometimes a bustier are also referred to as a bustier corset because of this slimming ability. When shopping for a strapless bustier or bustier corset, look for comfortable fabric and seaming as it will be very close to your skin. Check how you look both at the top and the bottom of the hourglass. You do not want to have the appearance of simply squeezing out the ends of a tube, this devastates the hourglass look. Also try the bustier on with the straps if it is convertible.

Another feature often found on bustiers is garter straps. Then you can wear the always steamy thigh panty hose. But the advantage is that you do not have the panty hose top to worry about as that is usually the most uncomfortable part of wearing panty hose to begin with. So find fabulous sexy bustier and maybe find an occasion that calls for those stockings with the sexy seam up the back.

One occasion where you will really want a strapless bustier is your wedding. Your wedding gown is a very beautiful and carefully chosen item and you do not want just wear any old bra under it. A bridal bustier is perfect. Depending upon your gown, it may be strapless and low backed. It will help accentuate your beautiful curves under the lovely gown. Plus bustiers are very sexy. Think about how excited your husband will be to have it revealed on the honeymoon. Bridal bustiers are usually white or cream to match your gown and blend with skin.

Of course, when men think of sexy lingerie, they will think of a bustier. Bustiers are a favorite of exotic dancers. Interestingly, bustiers cover more flesh than does a bra, but the thought of taking it off sends shivers down a man's spine. Peruse the more exotic lingerie selections of any lingerie retailer and you will find bustiers. They are often in very vivid colors with lace detailing. Sometimes they have buttons or laces. But they all say "Come on baby, let's have some fun."

Another fun and popular place sexy bustiers show up is in costumes for both fantasy and occasions such as Halloween. The lusty French maid look for a sexy Halloween costume often has a bustier styled top. Another sexy costume is the saucy medieval wench with the bustier corset laced up over the puffy sleeved blouse.

Simply said, you can't go wrong purchasing a bustier if you are looking to stir up some action. The always exotic bustier will do the trick every time.

Amanda Cotterill has been involved in the exotic womens lingerie market for many years.

This article outlines the benefits of women wearing a bridal bustier as if that needed much explaining!

Poodle Skirt Child Costume

Go back to the good ol' days with this Poodle Skirt Child Costume. Comes with 1 Dress. The top is a fashionable off-the-shoulders design with pink and white stripes.
Customer Review: Really cute costume and good price too
This arrived quickly. Is one of the few out there that comes with the top attached which makes it easier for the girls. The poodle is cute, add some bobby socks, put their hair up and lots of Sock Hop fun. This one is great because we didn't have to try to find a top to match a poodle skirt. My other daughter used the same outfit on horseback for a horse show. Well done!
Customer Review: Cute but fell apart.
This costume is adorable, my 5 year old loved the pink color & sparkly belt, however, when it arrived the neckline was torn apart. Since I needed it right away, I took it to a seamstress to repair it. By the time Halloween night was over, it had three holes throughout the shirt part and the felt skirt was all fuzzy. Too bad since it really was a cute outfit, the material just didn't hold up at all.

Everyone loves Halloween! It's that time of year where people are encouraged to put on a costume and become someone else for a night. It's such a great way to shed some of you inhibitions, free yourself of demands and busy schedules and just have fun.Make it a family night or go out with a group of friends and enjoy "not" being yourself!

Ever wonder what the fashion was like in the 1920's? By just putting on a costume you can transform yourself back in time to the Roaring Twenties, the decade of "bath tub" gin, the Model T, the $5 workday and the movie. The costume history image in our minds of a woman during this time is likely to be the image of a Flapper. A fashionable Flapper had short sleek hair, a shorter than average shapeless shift dress, wore make up and smoked with a long cigarette holder.Today at Halloween women can easily transform themselves into Flapper Girls, Can-Can Dancers, Saloon Lady's or even Betty Boop.Men can go back in time by putting on a classic fitted Zoot Suit and stylish Fedora to play the part of a Gangster or don a baseball uniform and portray the legendary Babe Ruth or Lou Gehrig.

The 1950's and 60's were decades filled with rock-n-roll music and at the heart of it all was American Bandstand with Dick Clark. It showed teenagers everywhere how to do the latest dance steps such as; the Twist, the Hand Jive and the Stroll. The 1950's fashion for men was the "bad boy" look of a white t-shirt, jeans and a leather jacket (with the collar up of course) or the "good guy" look of a letter sweater, jeans and penny loafers. One look the women opted for was the infamous poodle skirt and saddle shoes. The 60's brought with it Woodstock and the retro-hippie look of wearing mini skirts, go-go dresses and hotpants. No costume idea would be complete representing the 50's and 60's if two of the biggest names in music history weren't mentioned; "The King" Elvis Presley and "The British Invasion" of The Beatles.Every year on Halloween you'll see kids and adults alike dressed as Elvis, John, Paul, George and Ringo. These costumes are extremely popular and can be found around the world!

So this Halloween take a step back in time to the Roaring 20's, the Glamorous 50's or the Groovy 60's.It's as simple as a costume, some makeup and a wonderful imagination!

Need a quick and easy Halloween costume that doesn't scare your budget? There are loads of clever, affordable and adorable options that anyone can make in just a matter of minutes!

Halloween costume stores have some great costumes - but many also have frightful prices. If you're on a budget - or simply prefer to use your creativity - there are plenty of easy options for making a clever, low-budget Halloween costume for your child.

Bunch of Grapes

This one is a classic! Have your child wear plain sweat pants and sweat shirt or a leotard and tights. Then just blow up purple or green balloons and stick them to the clothing with safety pins. Add a paper or cloth "stem" hat if desired. You can also use curled ribbon to make vine accents.

Sleep Walker

This is an easy one. Have your child wear pajamas, slippers and a robe. Mess up his or her hair for a bed-head look, and have them collect candy in a pillowcase.

Dirty Laundry

Use an old laundry basket, cut out the base, and then slip it over your child's head. Attach robe belts, scarves or rope to create suspenders to hold the basket in place. For the finishing touch, put some old clothing, empty laundry soap containers, dryer sheets and clothespins to create the "laundry."

Route 66

On a gray or black sweat suit, create a "road" with masking tape, then make road signs and attach them with tape or safety pins. Don't forget to make cars (or use small plastic ones) to add to the road!

Smarty Pants

This costume couldn't be easier! Start with a solid-colored sweat suit, then add rolls of Smarties candy to it with tape or safety pins, and viola! Instant "smarty pants." Best of all, you can eat part of this costume once Halloween is over!

Lego

If your little one loves Legos, this easy costume will be a hit! Using a large cardboard box, cut openings for your child's head and arms. Spray paint the box your favorite Lego color and allow to dry. Then use six plastic bowls (all of the same size) and glue them to the front of the box in two rows of three. Once the glue is dry, spray paint the front once again, making sure to coat the plastic bowls. Have your child wear solid colored sweat pants and pull-over sweatshirt (ideally the same color as the Lego), and you're all set! If you really want to go all out, use a small box and string to create a hat, using the same process as for the body, but use only one plastic bowl on top of the hat.

Bag of Leaves

This costume is incredibly easy - and incredibly adorable! You'll need a large black trash bag, artificial (or real) leaves, and solid-colored clothing. First, cut holes in the bottom and sides of trash bag for your child's head and arms. Then tape or glue artificial or real leaves to the outside of the bag. You can also tuck some leaves into the neck hole of the trash bag, leaving some of them partially visible (artificial leaves work best for this). If you want to add more volume to the bag, stuff crumpled up newspaper inside (no one will see it), and then tape or glue the bag shut at the bottom (leaving an opening for your child's legs).

Jelly Beans

Blow up some colorful balloons, but keep them small. These will be the jelly beans. Then, using a clear trash bag, cut holes into the bottom for your child's legs. Once your child steps into the bag, fill the are between their body and the bag with the jelly bean balloons. Using ribbon, create suspenders to keep the bag from falling. If you think it's necessary, attach a sign that says "Jelly Beans" to add to the front of the costume.

Chick Magnet

This is a fun costume for cute little boys! You'll need some baby chicks for this one (just paper ones!) and some plain clothing, such as a sweat suit. Simply attach paper chicks to the clothing with tape or safety pins, and consider adding a sign that says something like, "Yeah, I'm a chick magnet!"

Lame Excuse

This costume is perfect for slightly older children. On different sticky notes, write several (lame) excuses such as 'My dog ate my homework', 'My alarm didn't go off', 'Cough-Cough...I think I'm getting sick'. Just be creative and come up with as many as you can. Put the sticky notes all over your child's shirt (you may have to use heavy tape, as well). In just a matter of minutes, your child can become a lame excuse!

With a little resourcefulness and creativity, you too, can create a low-budget Halloween costume that's unique and entirely memorable.

What kind of popular costumes should you consider? Here are four different options for those seeking hot Halloween Costumes.

1. Celebrity Costumes

We live in a celebrity-obsessed culture. If you want to find a hot costume, look no further than whoever is gracing the covers of the checkout line magazines. You don't need to be a dead-ringer for your favorite celebrity to pull this off, either. Hot Halloween costumes are often based on movie characters, for instance. You might not look like the star of your favorite superhero flick, but you can certainly show up in his costume.

2. Political Costumes

The news is on everyone's mind and that makes political figure costumes a hot pick, too. Plus, there's nothing we seem to enjoy more than poking fun at our elected officials. You can always find a mask of noted political figures. Combine it with a suit and tie (or a pantsuit for the ladies) and you're in business. It's hard to say if anyone can really grow up to be the President, but it's absolutely true that anyone can look like a leader for one night.

3. Issue Costumes

If you have a pet issue that you'd like to advance, Halloween might be a good time to do it. These costumes can be tough to pull off unless you have a real creative streak, but when they work well, they can be some of the best hot Halloween costumes.

4. Naughty Halloween Costumes

If you want to know what the most popular hot Halloween costumes have been over the past few years, here's a clue: they often involve short skirts and high heels. Naughty Halloween costumes have been a growing trend. From sexy spins on the classics (think naughty witch) to slightly adult versions of everyday occupations (the sexy construction worker comes to mind), there are literally hundreds of options in this category.

If you're tired of the classics, this might be the perfect year to don hot Halloween costumes. You have countless choices at your disposal and there's sure to be something that will work for you.
