Adult Men's Gilligan Halloween Costume

Need a quick and easy Halloween costume that doesn't scare your budget? There are loads of clever, affordable and adorable options that anyone can make in just a matter of minutes!

Halloween costume stores have some great costumes - but many also have frightful prices. If you're on a budget - or simply prefer to use your creativity - there are plenty of easy options for making a clever, low-budget Halloween costume for your child.

Bunch of Grapes

This one is a classic! Have your child wear plain sweat pants and sweat shirt or a leotard and tights. Then just blow up purple or green balloons and stick them to the clothing with safety pins. Add a paper or cloth "stem" hat if desired. You can also use curled ribbon to make vine accents.

Sleep Walker

This is an easy one. Have your child wear pajamas, slippers and a robe. Mess up his or her hair for a bed-head look, and have them collect candy in a pillowcase.

Dirty Laundry

Use an old laundry basket, cut out the base, and then slip it over your child's head. Attach robe belts, scarves or rope to create suspenders to hold the basket in place. For the finishing touch, put some old clothing, empty laundry soap containers, dryer sheets and clothespins to create the "laundry."

Route 66

On a gray or black sweat suit, create a "road" with masking tape, then make road signs and attach them with tape or safety pins. Don't forget to make cars (or use small plastic ones) to add to the road!

Smarty Pants

This costume couldn't be easier! Start with a solid-colored sweat suit, then add rolls of Smarties candy to it with tape or safety pins, and viola! Instant "smarty pants." Best of all, you can eat part of this costume once Halloween is over!

Lego

If your little one loves Legos, this easy costume will be a hit! Using a large cardboard box, cut openings for your child's head and arms. Spray paint the box your favorite Lego color and allow to dry. Then use six plastic bowls (all of the same size) and glue them to the front of the box in two rows of three. Once the glue is dry, spray paint the front once again, making sure to coat the plastic bowls. Have your child wear solid colored sweat pants and pull-over sweatshirt (ideally the same color as the Lego), and you're all set! If you really want to go all out, use a small box and string to create a hat, using the same process as for the body, but use only one plastic bowl on top of the hat.

Bag of Leaves

This costume is incredibly easy - and incredibly adorable! You'll need a large black trash bag, artificial (or real) leaves, and solid-colored clothing. First, cut holes in the bottom and sides of trash bag for your child's head and arms. Then tape or glue artificial or real leaves to the outside of the bag. You can also tuck some leaves into the neck hole of the trash bag, leaving some of them partially visible (artificial leaves work best for this). If you want to add more volume to the bag, stuff crumpled up newspaper inside (no one will see it), and then tape or glue the bag shut at the bottom (leaving an opening for your child's legs).

Jelly Beans

Blow up some colorful balloons, but keep them small. These will be the jelly beans. Then, using a clear trash bag, cut holes into the bottom for your child's legs. Once your child steps into the bag, fill the are between their body and the bag with the jelly bean balloons. Using ribbon, create suspenders to keep the bag from falling. If you think it's necessary, attach a sign that says "Jelly Beans" to add to the front of the costume.

Chick Magnet

This is a fun costume for cute little boys! You'll need some baby chicks for this one (just paper ones!) and some plain clothing, such as a sweat suit. Simply attach paper chicks to the clothing with tape or safety pins, and consider adding a sign that says something like, "Yeah, I'm a chick magnet!"

Lame Excuse

This costume is perfect for slightly older children. On different sticky notes, write several (lame) excuses such as 'My dog ate my homework', 'My alarm didn't go off', 'Cough-Cough...I think I'm getting sick'. Just be creative and come up with as many as you can. Put the sticky notes all over your child's shirt (you may have to use heavy tape, as well). In just a matter of minutes, your child can become a lame excuse!

With a little resourcefulness and creativity, you too, can create a low-budget Halloween costume that's unique and entirely memorable.

Toddler Lemon Halloween Costume (Size: 2-4T)

Sexy costumes can bring a new dimension to your relationship that you have never thought of before. Adult Halloween costumes are a nice treat every night of the year, not just at Halloween or to Halloween parties. Costumes are not just for kids anymore and they are certainly not just for October - dressing up and acting out with your husband, wife or lover is a great way to connect in your relationship and have a unique experience instead of the usual bedroom routine.

People like to feel sexy, exotic and erotic. Some women prefer trashy lingerie or slutty lingerie. Other women like lingerie that is more elegant and refined, like French lingerie. No matter what underwear or undergarments or foundation garments a lady wears she can feel pretty or cute or naughty depending on the style of costume, bra, corset or other unmentionables.

A woman does not have to dress like a prostitute or street walker to feel sexy. There are more styles of sexy dresses and clothing available for buying online now than there has ever been before on the internet. There is also a big selection of intimates in plus sizes for BBW (big beautiful women). Sexy lingerie can help you feel pretty when you feel fat and lazy and this boost in self-esteem can do wonderful things for your love life, opening lines of communication that have been untapped between you and your partner.

You can spark your romance and your imagination by engaging in forplay with your spouse while one or both of you wear sexy costumes. Teach him a lesson as a sexy teacher - deliver a special brand of nookie cookies as a sexy Girl Scout - do a sexy dance as a belly dancer - tend to one another as a sexy nurse or a sexy doctor.

Some people feel embarrassed to play role playing games, they feel like dressing up in costumes and acting out a fantasy is a fetish or something to be hidden and ashamed about. You probably do not want to broadcast it to the neighborhood or post detailed pictures on your blog, but done in a loving way between partners it is a great sexy way to enhance your romantic life with your partner. With the large selection of leather lingerie available you can get as naughty as you want or stay tame and cute in your costume and dress up fantasy play.

Your outfit is just the beginning of the game. You can put on your costume early in the day and play the part of the girl scout or nurse or teacher all day long, heightening the excitement until evening when you go to bed. The possible stories and fantasies are limited only by your imagination and your partner's imagination.

Kids Knight Costume Hat / Helmet - For Halloween Costumes or Plays!

Soft Knight hat in Silver and Gold is an Awsome accessory to any knight costume.

One of my favourite ideas when throwing a successful kids party, particularly for the younger age groups is the food bag. In fact if you have read some of my other articles you would already be familiar with this concept. Basically it is the idea that all the party food for your kid's birthday celebrations can be prepared ahead of time and placed into some form of individual container for each child.

Of course the container doesn't have to be a bag, it can be a box or basket, small bucket or even a coconut shell, or whatever suits your budget or theme. But my personal favourite is the humble paper bag which is available in the brown variety from the local supermarket or in any variety of colours from your local craft store.

But once you have your chosen container, what to put in it is the next question. This of course depends on your orientation in the healthy versus junk debate. I myself tend to seek out fillings that are low in sugar and additives, if I can make it myself I usually do, but if time is of the essence as it usually is for us modern mums there is a plethora of packaged foods to suit. I recommend starting with 5 basic items:

Cake: A muffin or cup cake
Sandwich: Cut into interesting shapes with a cookie cutter
Nibbles: A packet of your favourite trail mix, popcorn or chips/crisps
Fruit: Either fresh or one of those little fruit cups in juice
Favour: An inexpensive toy, puzzle or even a balloon

These 5 items can be adapted to suit any age, but the real benefits of the food bag is mobility, put all the bags in a box and head off to your destination, the convenience of portion control, the reduced wastage and expense by not needing serving dishes, paper plates etc, the wonderful joy of not having to do all the washing up after, but perhaps most importantly the fact that individual food containers allow you to cater for any special dietary needs, and with the growing number of children with allergies these days this is a very important consideration.

Perhaps you are an aspiring Party Mum and need a little help with ideas and tips for kids party food. Adult's Super Mario Halloween Costume (Size: X-Large 46-48)

Customer Review: adult mario costume
Was very pleased at how fast the item arrived. It basically was what we were looking for. We did make our own hat for the character, which looks a little more authentic. Any chance on getting other Mario character outfits-----------------eg. Wario,Princess Peach etc.? Thank you.

These days, many families struggle to find time when they can all be together. Sometimes it's because both parents work long hours and sometimes it's because of the kids' many extracurricular activities.

Some nights are going to be crazy busy and you each just have to eat when you can. Other times your family can shift things around to make time for a family meal. Dinner together as a family has never been more important. Why? Here are some reasons:

Eating meals together increases enjoyment of the meal. Food tastes so much better when you're eating with someone else, don't you think? You might say that when you eat together your food is well-seasoned with love or friendship.

Eating altogether encourages communication and strengthens family bonds. With hectic schedules, families don't spend as much time together. Slowing down and sharing a meal gives everyone a chance to catch up with the day's events. You get to find out just how each family member is doing. Call it a daily family check-up.

Younger children love having routines. Sharing meals together with the whole family is a positive event in their young lives and they look forward to it. Don't have them share their meal with the TV. The TV is not a dinner partner, and certainly not family.

Family dinner conversation helps children's vocabularies to grow. When kids listen to their parents or older siblings speak, they learn new words. They will ask what the words mean or figure out the "gist of it", but either way, they are more likely to understand and use more words because of older people conversing with them.

The dinner table is where children learn social skills. Table manners are not something learned from a book, they're learned by practicing them. Kids learn them from their parents - when eating with them. The art of dinner conversation is also a skill they learn from parents at the dinner table. Another plus of dinner conversation is that kids often get to learn about their family history.

Eating traditional foods as a family strengthens a family's ethnic background. Having meals traditional to their heritage helps children to identify and bond with their heritage.

Kids eat healthier at the family dinner table. Kids who eat without their parents tend to eat fewer of the desired foods and more of the less-desired foods. This is particularly true of teenagers who eat more junk food or fast food when by themselves or with friends. When kids eat with their parents, the parents usually provide healthier meals and can keep an eye on what their kids are eating.

Even though it's not always easy to gather together as a family for a meal, it's worth the extra effort. Eating dinner (or any meal) together is a time for nourishment as well as a time for strengthening bonds. After all, family time is treasured time.

Some friends of mine were having a birthday party for their son a while back. They had carefully planned every aspect of the event. The food was a hit, the entertainer was professional, and everyone really got into the theme.

There was only one problem.

The games went quite a bit faster than anticipated. One game that they expected to last over fifteen minutes was over in less than three! When dealing with kids you've always got the element of surprise. It doesn't matter how much planning you do, there's always a curveball at the last second.

The parents weren't supposed to be back to pick up everyone for another half hour. When the children ran out of things to do, they naturally got antsy. Mom and dad started giving each other terrified looks.

Fortunately, I was there to help. Here are two fun birthday party games that don't require any equipment or preparation. They can be done at the last second and stretched out without getting boring. Keep these in your arsenal at all time just in case.

Heads Up! Seven Up!
Seven players stand in front of the group. The group sits down and closes their eyes. The seven in front go around and each touch one person. After seven people have been touched, the seven choosers go back to the front of the room. Then the seven would say "Heads up seven up" and each "touched" student gets one chance to guess which of the seven touched him/her. If they guess right then they get to change places with that person. If they did not guess right, then the same person gets to stay up do it again.

Grocery List A-Z
Start out by saying, "I went to the grocery store and bought apples." Then ask the players to add to the list something bought at the grocery store that starts with the letter B such as "a brush". The next player continues with the letter C and so forth all the way to Z. If a younger child can't think of something, the adults and older kids can help.

Last but not least there's one other emergency preparation that you should make before the party begins.

Have a Movie!
Stop by your local movie rental store and pick up a popular kids movie. If all else fails you can pop it in and the children will be entertained until their parents come to pick them up.

During the planning process you should prepare for any possible emergencies. Having these games (and a movie) on hand will save you from disaster in case things go wrong!

According to research from a leading price comparison website, claims for damage dome to property rises by 150 per cent on 31st October and people are said to claim more at this time than any other time of the year.

There are many people who pretend to be out or actually go out on this night but although this may deter some trick-or-treaters, it may not be enough to deter them all.

There are some councils that are making posters available that declare you are unwilling to join in the festivities, but arguably this could have the opposite effect.

Advice given to people is to remove any items from outside your house that you do not want damaged as not all house insurance policies cover damage done to your belongings that are outside of your property.

Another thing to watch out for is for any trick-or treating children falling and hurting themselves in your driveway as this could leave you lumbered with a lawsuit. People who own a dog are also warned to keep them under control in-case they were to cause any damage to the people looking for treats at your door.

The best thing to do is to check that your insurance policy covers your home, inside and out for any damage that may be caused. If you find that your home insurance policy doesn't cover you for this damage, the best thing to do may be to compare other policies on the internet to find one that will suit your specific needs. By doing this you may find that you will be protected a lot more than with your original policy.

Sexy 3Pc Proper Nurse Uniform Halloween Costume

3Pc. Nurse Outfit W/Stethoscope & Head Piece X-LARGE WHITE

Halloween, which originated in Ireland, is celebrated on the last day of October, when, according Christian tradition, the spirits of the dead return to the earth. All demarcation between the mortal world and the world of the dead is obliterated. People, with salt sprinkled in their hair dress up as ghosts and goblins, to blend with the supernatural creatures. They participate in various rituals, which are deeply rooted in Halloween myths.

A myth is a story, which has its roots in the traditional beliefs of a certain culture. The rituals followed during Halloween owe their origin to weird Halloween myths and are still strongly believed by many.

Fire, an important part of Halloween celebration, is believed to act as a deterrent to evil spirits. People light huge bonfires and make merry till the flames subside and it is around its embers that the real fun begins. Most of these rituals have originated from the belief that the night would present the future.

It is believed that by keeping a silver sixpence and a rosemary herb under her pillow a maiden would dream of her future husband. If she carries a broken egg in a glass to a spring and mixes some spring water in it then she would be able to see the reflection of her future husband and children in the water. The "looking glass spell "is another Halloween myth, which encourages a young girl to stand candle in hand before a mirror and eat an apple. She believes that in due time the face of her future husband will be reflected in the mirror.

Another ancient ceremony which still remains in Scotland is "pulling the Kate'. Young girls and boys, with closed eyes, set out to pull the first Kate or cabbage they touch. Its shape and size hints at appearance of their prospective spouses. Any earth clinging to the roots signifies money and the taste of the heart of the Kate indicates the nature of their prospective partner. To foresee results of wooing, two hazelnuts, named after the boy and the girl, are thrown into the fire and the nature of burn is observed.

Not all myths regarding Halloween have happy connotations. Some are pretty scary. The saying goes that if you hear footsteps behind you on a Halloween night and commit the mistake of looking back then you are doomed. The practice of hanging the "jack-o-lantern" or carved and lit pumpkin to ward of evil spirit can be traced back to the Halloween myth of the greedy farmer, who having duped the devil with crosses was condemned to roam the world with a lit turnip. as Hell too turned him out. One is sure to spy a witch in the sky if he dons his clothes inside out and walks backward on Halloween night.

The appearance of a bat thrice in the house on Halloween is viewed as a precursor of death.
Rituals involving death, magic and supernatural elements, which are deeply rooted in Halloween myths, are looked upon as harmless sports in countries like England and America but in Scotland they still retain their superstitious nature.

If you are interested in getting lots more information about the origins of Halloween as well as everything else to do with Halloween, including access 1000's of the best and most outrageous Halloween costumes, then visit the Halloween Fun and Games website.

How did Halloween become associated with the living dead?

Why do we celebrate Easter as a time when eggs are delivered by rabbits? What events happened in the natural world that gave rise to our holidays?

The ancients saw themselves as participants of a Great Mystery and the things that took place in nature did not place human beings on the sidelines. At the root of any holiday, we can trace the natural phenomena that gave rise to our ancient beliefs.

2000 years ago, people watched the stars in the same way that we watch television. We might laugh at our ancient myths, but televisionshapes our beliefs in much the same way. In addition to being resurrection vehicles for kings, the Egyptians built their pyramids as ancient observatories. Observing the precise placement of the Dog Star, Sirius coincided with the annual inundation of the Nile. As an agricultural community, they could predict with great accuracy when to plant and harvest by watching the movement of the stars.

On the winter solstice of December 21, many ancient civilizations noticed how the sun appeared to be reborn. On this day, the shortest day of the year seems to switch course and gives way to longer days. They celebrated it as a time when the sun was born. The ancients worshipedthe return of the sun by decorating world trees with celestial orbs. Coincidentally, this is the period of Christmas festivals, whichcelebrate the birth of a son. It is also interesting that while they celebrate how the sun will return, the root of this festival celebrates how the sun returns every year.

At the end of winter, many ancient cultures observed what appeared to be a rabbit living on the moon. This coincided with a time when wild birds would lay their eggs. The ancients celebratedthis renewal aspect of nature by worshiping the symbolic lunar rabbit or goddess Eastre. This coincides with the the celebration of Easter. Weexchange eggs from a time when we honoredthe resurrection or rebirth occurring in the natural world. This was no mysterious resurrection, but the rebirth of life that was witnessedall over the earth.

The ancient Norse celebratedthe onslaught of winteras a time they called the Great Hunt . Odin the Wild Huntsman led Thor, the God of Thunder along with his snorting hounds and horses through the skies overhead to tug the last remaining greenery from the earth. Townspeople would leave gifts of food out for the flying host and his train of horses who flew over overhead to gather the disembodied souls of the dead. Influencing our Halloween and Yule time traditions, many of our festivals have much older roots than religion.During winter, the ancients also celebrated the life force that appeared to rejuvenate the sleeping seeds beneath the snow. Odin as the Flying Host who flew overhead inspired thetradition where gifts are delivered tothe townsfolk below.

During autumn, the natural world appears to die away. This was an important time to in these ancient agricultural communities however, because what was done in earnest during this season laid the proper foundation for a springtime to come. The ancients found comfort observing how in nature, everything that appears to die away issomehow reborn. The harvest festivals of ancient times also coincided with a time of honoring the dead. In the Great Mystery, it appeared thatautumn brought life and death together....inone sliver of time...just once each year.As the earth opens to receive the seeds where the past andfuture will lead to new life, perhaps they believed their wishes could reach their departed loved ones. Mimicking this life/death/life pattern of nature has become our Halloween.

The snake worshiping cults of antiquity honored the cyclical regeneration symbolized in the way that the snake sheds and renews its skin. They honored abundant fertility goddessesand earth deities so that their crops might find favor in the coming spring. In ancient times, it was the things of the earth that brought them inspiration. Nature offers this message of hope and renewal to anyone who wouldobserve its ways. This Halloween, may the seeds of your greatest dreams grow into an abundant tomorrow.

This summer brings us a lot of great epic fantasy novels both from established authors continuing their series and from new authors with fresh new stories and worlds for you to discover. This article gives you recommendations from among the best and most promising.

The Masters release their sequels this summer

Many famous and established authors are releasing continuations of their series this summer and among these is a new book in the Genesis of Shannara series by Terry Brooks. Later in the summer he releases book III The Gypsy Morph.

Stephen Donaldson is the author of one of the most unusual fantasy series ever written. The main character is Thomas Covenant who is an anti-hero afflicted with leprosy. The land in which this all takes place is a richly woven tapestry unlike any other. He is releasing the next installment in the Last Chronicles of Thomas Covenant called Fatal Revenant. If you are interested in starting a totally new series from the start and you haven't read this one I highly recommend it. The first book in the series is Lord Fouls Bane.

Among all the big series books that are being released by big name authors the one that is almost guaranteed to shoot to the top of the best seller list is George R. R. Martins A Dance with Dragons. It is the latest installation in his Song of Ice and Fire series and a sure bet for good summer reading. But, it will not be released until September so that leaves beach reading out.

If you like movie tie-ins you the latest novel in David Farland's Runelords series might be a good choice for you. It is titled World Binder and it is book six in the series. The first book The Sum of All Men is currently being made into a major motion picture.

Another very popular series of books is the Kushiel's Legacy series. Written by Jacqueline Carey and the second trilogy is completed with the June publication of Kushiel's Mercy.

Newcomers and new series to the genre

If you are looking to start a new series or discover a new author there are several books coming out this summer that are getting a lot of critical acclaim. These include A Darkness Forged in Fire by Chris Evans. It is characterized as a masterful fantasy novel with a gritty feel and military bent. It promises a lot of sword-wielding action. This book is the first book in a new series called The Iron Elves.

A book that is being heralded by Amazon as one of the best fantasy books for 2007 is Patrick Rothfuss' The Name of the Wind It is the first book in an anticipated trilogy. If you missed out on this book last year this summer is your chance to catch up.

The prolific R.A. Salvatore has started a new trilogy of books called Transitions and the first book in this series is called The Orc King: Transitions Book I. It was released in early July. It is the latest installment in the adventures of the famous dark elf who first appeared in the New York Times bestseller The Lone Drow.

Another book to be released late this summer is The Ten Thousand by Paul Kearney who has been nominated for the British Fantasy Award. He has published several titles including the acclaimed Sea Beggars series.

If you are looking for new variations on Arthurian legend there are two interesting additions to the genre this summer: Shadow Lands by Simon Lister and Sword at Sunset by Rosemary Sutcliff and Jack Whyte. Each one takes an interesting and unique look at the legend of Arthur.

If you are just looking for some lighter fantasy reading to take with you to the beach you might want to pick up a copy of Dragons: Worlds Afire. It is a collection of five novella length dragon stories from masters like Salvatore, Weis, and Hickman.

Return to the Classics

If you would like to brush up on some classics that you may have missed you should start with Peter Beagle's The Last Unicorn. This book should be read multiple times by every fantasy reader. It is a staple of the genre. After that you might want to consider Tolkien's The Hobbit. If you are looking for a new classic you may want to take a look at The Children of Hurin which is a book that was started by Tolkien and finished by his son. It was published in the spring of 2007 and was chosen as one of the best books of the year by Amazon readers.

This summer is proving to be a great season for epic fantasy reading. There are lots of great books that have just been released and a lot more that will be released as the summer unfolds. So grab yourself a copy of one of these books and head off to the beach where you will discover elves, dragons, dwarves and many more wonderful things.

Outside the fundamental styles of bonsai tree sculpture, there are various superb modifications. The artistic personality that every artist brings to the effort allows for an countless diversity of forms.

Group or Forest (Yose) Style Of Bonsai Art

The collection displayed, frequently referred to as the forest, is exactly what the given name implies - many bonsai trees residing in a sole container. Several varieties will achieve the goal, however this technique frequently contains multiples of single variety. Several types inside a lone container would create soil plan and watering supervision, not to bring up atmosphere and sunshine management, very complicated.

Within the yose approach, present more than a few sub-styles denoted by the quantity of trunks in the plate. Sambon-Yose (3 trunks), Gohon-Yose (5), Nanahon-Yose (7) and Kyuhon-Yose (9) are the majority that are familiar and more and more tricky as the amount rises.

In various cases they leap starting from a lone root underground, in which case the trunks are a lot like above-soil limbs. This is called kabudachi technique. The divergence from a typical grouping in this case is the aim of the base present a middle cluster in the heart of the container.

Korabuki (Raft) Style Of Bonsai Art

Naturally, trees are not merely blown by blustery weather and rainwater, however they are frequently totally knocked down. Rains make softer the soil, roots develop close up to the surface, and the soil has little underground holes. Every one of which, work against the tree with the wind speed to weaken the capacity of the tree to stay standing.

However trees are astonishingly flexible and are capable of becoming accustomed to stay alive beneath the a good number difficult circumstances. Still, while growing parallel with the ground, provided at hand is sufficient contact with the ground by the roots, life can be capable of continuing.

Just like what happens with most bonsai styles, the bonsai artist tries to imitate the natural world, even in this acute case. A lot of of the outcomes are as stunning as the full-sized examples fashioned by the environment unaided.

Sub-styles consist of the ikadabuki (straight line), wherein the trunk is completely out of the earth. classically it will rest on the surface, although a few will be able to essentially grow to some extent like a kengai and are a little higher than the soil.

In an additional sub-technique the trunk rests at a slant, partly underground. Herein the bark beneath the soil will be inclined to decompose from dampness and minute top soil organisms.

In a lot of cases the trunk will be permitted to develop numerous twigs that look a great deal similar to individual trunks. These materialize like to a collection or forest style, but all develop from a solitary tree.

The netsunagari (sinuous) method is one of the other out of the ordinary sub-types. Now the roots roam throughout the dirt similar to a lot of underground rivers moreover the trunks are very contorted and twisted.

The forms of bonsai tree are as wide-ranging as the artists who fashion them. Wherever the distinction is placed among one approach and a different approach is frequently a very personality preference. In any case, the natural world provides lots of examples of intermediate cases. Isolating red from orange along the color spectrum is not easy. Moreover, at what stature does high turn out to be standard and fade into short?

Similar to countless things in Japanese society, the amalgamation of perceptible opposites, or equilibrium among opposing influences, is in no way more in attendance than in the plan and implementation of a bonsai tree. It is one of the many long-established arts shared with the definitive in personal expression.

Buying gold coins online today is fast and easy. However, you need to get to know the company that you are dealing with. There are some out there online who offer gold coins and make buying them a simple procedure, but the coins they offer may only be gold plated coins. They'll say so and maybe they'll use a different term other than "plated", but you need to make sure.

Some online companies are more regulated than others. Research into their credentials, and check up on them. See to it that you are dealing with a professional coin dealer with years of experience in the industry. Find out if they belong to any groups that would ensure good quality business dealings in the company. Are they members of the American Numismatic Association or the Industry Council of Tangible Assets? How do the stand with the Better Business Bureau? Inquire about these things, and do some digging to make sure their credentials measure up before you decide to begin buying gold coins with any company.

Another thing to look for is authenticity - if they provide any official documentation which authenticates their products and guarantees that they deal with the genuine article. There are some very good establishments out there with long-standing professional reputations... it's all a matter of knowing what to look for when you seek out an online source for buying gold coins. Once you find a good candidate, ask around among those in the coin collecting community what they may think of the company you've found. Once you've found a good one, you've struck gold.

Child's Robot Halloween Costume (Size: Small 4-6)

My Nightmare before Christmas Neca

Christmas Worldwide is synonymous with good cheer, family gatherings and the gifting of merry toys and trinkets that Santa may have dumped down the chimney in his mad-dash round the World to fulfill yearning hearts, both young and old, in one night.

However, there's been a growing trend and fascination toward a ghoulish kind of toy, nightmare before Christmas neca, toys modeled around Tim Burton's 1993 Classic animation; The Nightmare Before Christmas.

The stars of this epic movie, Jack Skellington from "Halloween Town" and Sally, a rag doll can be found gracing many a mantelpiece of fans World Over.

As difficult as this theme is to comprehend, authentic nightmare before Christmas neca toys are hard to find and, with each Christmas dawning, they sell like proverbial hot cakes off the shelves, and the waiting list's as long as the animation's old.

Just like model or toy trains, the cult-like following for nightmare before Christmas neca toys is huge, and spans all ages, from toddler to adult.

The fascination with the nightmare before Christmas neca stems from the fact that these toys represent a seasonal yet timeless story that transcends any holiday season, be it Christmas, Labor Day, the 4 of July or Arbor Day!

The nightmare before Christmas neca represent a love-hate relationship between good and the lesser of two evils.
In this case Santa, who's always been portrayed in good light as he goes about delivering toys according to the wish lists of all good little girls and boys everywhere...

...and Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town who, in his well-meaning mission to spread Christmas joy to the world, unwittingly puts Santa Claus in jeopardy, thereby creating a nightmare for all boys and girls.

These figurines are the ultimate collectors items and are suitable for any location, be it the car, office, childrens' room or the mantelpiece, where all visitors to the house can feast their eyes on.

It is also said that the nightmare before Christmas neca foster great imagination in kids, and the fact that these figurines can stand without support adds to the mystery and fascination.

Each holiday season there's a mad dash for popular toys for that season, and the following year, most of these toys would've lost their popularity, never to see the dawn of a new day.

Well, consider this, since 1993, When the Classic animation; Nightmare before Christmas hit the screens, the nightmare before Christmas neca toys have been flying off shelves in larger quantities, and this trend is likely to continue for the next foreseeable future.

Doesn't it make sense therefore to consider including the Nightmare before Christmas Neca figurines in your shopping list for 2009?

whatever the merits of owning ghoulish figurines, one thing's for sure; you'll have your mother-in-law and the rest of the clan chattering in the dark for some time!

The Holiday season is here once again, and it's time to rush about in search of toys for your little angels. The Nightmare before Christmas Neca are your ultimate collectors' items for the year 2008 and beyond.

You'll have your child's curiosity and imagination broadened, not to mention that the nightmare before Christmas toys will have your children's friends begging their parents to invest in these timeless figurines, and you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that you were a super trendsetter in holiday gifting this time around!

Leg Avenue 3 Piece Diner Betty Costume

Here's a Halloween Crafts project that's not only fun, it's good to eat. You see, as a stencil designer, I'm always searching for new and creative ways to use stencils. And as a person who loves to eat (especially sweets), it just seemed natural to find a way to use stencils with food, right? So I drew up some scary Halloween stencils (a witch, a ghost, a cat, a bat, a skull and a spider) and went to work trying to figure out how to get the images onto a cookie.

Well, I told you how much I love food but now I have to admit that I'm no Betty Crocker. I can't tell you how many different ways I tried to transfer a perfect image from a stencil onto a cookie. I bet my husband and me each gained 20 pounds eating all the disasters. Not to mention all the money I spent at the grocery store and the local craft supply house. All of this only to find out that the easiest, least expensive and most obvious way was the best method of all. So, here it is - that is, how to decorate Halloween cookies with stencils. Oh yeah! Don't miss out on the hints and tips I've added at the bottom for some great creative ideas.

Well, first you need to find a few stencil designs that will fit on cookies. There are many printable Halloween stencils on the internet. It's best to locate a stencil that is a single overlay design (that means it's finished with just one sheet or layer). You'll find a couple of designers have stencils made for cookies so they are the right size and proportion. Once you found the stencils that appeal to you all you have to do is print them out. If they are not the right size to fit on a cookie just resize them on copy machine and follow these next steps.

Trace the stencils onto a sheet of stencil film such as acetate or mylar. Make sure the images have approximately 2 inches between them. Use a scissors to cut the traced drawings separate of each other with 1 inch of blank space surrounding them.

Use a craft-knife to cut out the objects of each stencil. You have several options for craft-knives. I prefer to use an X-ACTO with a Fine Point Blade pictured here. Make sure your blade is sharp at all times or you won't get a good clean cut. I find it's easier to rotate the stencil so that you are always cutting with your wrist at a comfortable angle.

Since you are working with food, wash your stencils really well and dry thoroughly.

Bake cookies with your favorite recipe. Since I already admitted that I'm not a baker, I'll let you know that I used the boxed up ready to go version where you just need to add an egg. But if you are a skilled chef, go ahead and make your goodies from scratch. Sugar cookies work best because they have the smoothest surface after baking. A cookie with too much texture is not going to produce a good stenciled image. I like to slightly flatten the tops of the cookies right after they come out of the oven with a spatula. If the stencil can lay flat on the cookie you'll get a much better image than if it has to roll over rounded edges. Let the cookies cool.

Prepare your "paint" by adding water to powdered sugar. You want to get a thick consistency that is very smooth. It doesn't take very much water. The mixture should not drip easily off the end of a spoon. Make colors by adding food coloring. For black, mix red, blue and green in equal number of drops.

Place the stencil on top of the cookie. Use a finger to dab the sugar mixture into the stencil openings. Just like with a regular stencil, use a dabbing or up and down motion to dot the surface with color and not a rubbing back and forth which will encourage color seeping under the stencil edges. In stenciling, you always want to use a little paint so that it does not seep under the stencil. No difference here. The best tool is an index finger to lightly dab the confectioners' sugar and water mixture over the stencil opening. Make sure your finger is not dripping with the "paint."

Carefully remove the stencil by pulling directly up. You don't want to drag the stencil over the wet color mixture which will smear the color. It might take a little practice but remember you get to eat the mistakes.

Here are those hints and tips that I promised you:

You may want to make a different size cookie than the normal 2-1/2 or 3 inch circle. No problem! Just take the paper copy and reduce or enlarge the size to fit the area you want to place the picture. Then move on to the tracing. This is great if you want to make a large cookie cake too!

When you are cutting out the images for the stencils, don't throw away the parts that you cut away. They can be used to make negative images on the cookies. Of course, it's a bit trickey to remove the stencil piece after you have put the color all around it but with a little practice you can have this down to an art. And just think of the creative cookies you can come up with these new options.

If you use a recipe for a highly textured cookie, like oatmeal or chocolate chip, you can put a base layer of powdered sugar and water to create a very smooth area and then stencil your image on that. Actually that can just add to how creative you can be with decorating cookies with stencils. For example, you can put a background of a black circle on top of the cookie behind a white ghost. Make sure that the first layer of color has dried thoroughly before adding your image.

If you can't find mylar or acetate at your local craft supply store, try transparency films at an office supply house. Just make sure that the material will accept pen or ink so that you can trace on it and that it will be safe to use with food items. Also, you have a large number of suppliers of stencil films on line.

So now you know how to stencil images on a cookie. You can make little cookie treats for all of you ghosts and goblins that come knocking on your door. Have fun this Halloween and Happy Stenciling!

SEXY ADULT CATWOMAN CHARACTER HALLOWEEN COSTUME

This is a head turning sexy Halloween Costume! Complete costume that will surely get you noticed this year!! Size: Medium - Fits dress sizes 10-12. Includes the Catsuit, belt, gloves, and mask (shoes not included).
Customer Review: Catwoman costume
Awesome product. The only part of the costume that sucked was the mask. Great fast shipping. Would definetely do business again.

Halloween is big business, and it begins long before pumpkins are carved and houses are decorated in October. Costume and decorating manufacturers such as Disguise and Rubies launch their new products well in advance of the season. Costume retailers must place their Halloween orders in the New Year, and therefore the suppliers have to know what is going to be a hit.

They look to the movie industry to see where trends are going and create costumes and accessories that fit the bill. Movie releases from 2007 will have a huge influence on costume trends for this year. Pirates will undoubtedly be the largest costume trend for the season. With the release of Pirates of the Caribbean At Worlds End this May, the 3rd instalment of the franchise, eye masks, swords and tri-corn hats will be in huge demand by retailers.

Other franchise instalments include Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Spiderman 3. Wizards and superheroes are always popular costumes, but the spring/summer releases of these movies it top of the mind for Halloween.

Another popular trend in dress-up and movies are zombies and the undead. There has been resurgence from the 70s genre zombie horror movie and in 2007 we see zombie movie sequels including 28 Weeks Later, Day of the Dead and Resident Evil. Horror makeup, prosthetics and fake blood will be in high demand by retailers and consumers.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or TMNT is being released in March while a contemporary Nancy Drew will be out by the summer. Rob Zombies Halloween, promises not to be a remake or a sequel and will introduce Mike Myers to a whole new audience.

The movies of 2007 will inspire the costume choices of its fans and lead the trends of this Halloween season.

Marauder's Wench Gold/Black Sexy Adult

Includes a peasant top dress with a jeweled brooch. Available in adult sizes Small, Medium, and Large. Not included are the hat, boots, and stockings.

So you've eventually made it and can now be considered an adult with all of the benefits it entails. For years you have waited for this day and now, at long last, it has arrived and you want to go and have the biggest party possible to celebrate.

We have a few great ideas that we think you will enjoy and that will help prove your party actually happened after the time (even if you don't remember it). Let's begin with brainstorming your party.

First of all, though, a word of warning - if you are going to be drinking then be sure to appoint a non-drinking driver and don't over-do it. Remember there is such a thing as alcohol poisoning.

Ideas for 21st Birthday Parties

  • 21st Birthday Party Themes Suggestion 1:
The Bar Hop: You've been looking forward to this day for a while now, haven't you? The day when you can legally drink and start the traditional bar hopping practice. So appoint that driver, get together lots of cash and get ready for a great cultural experience (yeah, right!)
  • 21st Birthday Party Themes Suggestion 2:

Bring it On: If you want a more memorable 21st birthday party then think about what else being an adult means - maturity, responsibility, etc. Think about some great adventure that only adults can handle and go for it - this may be rock climbing (not that climbing wall either, the really big rocks), sky diving or some other adventure pursuit. Push your limits, have great fun and be able to remember it afterwards.

Birthday Party Invitations

Ok, this one is a little different. You've probably already decided on what you are going to do for your party and it is now time to put together those invitations. Now writing out invitations and posting them is just so old-school and boring! You want something that is not only mature but also young and funky, like you. So here's another great idea - create a 21st birthday party invitation online.

We've all heard of social networking, right? It's new and it's happening and it can be a great way to tell your friends about your 21st birthday party themes and get them talking. There is a new website just launched specifically for this purpose - social media websites like Events listed are designed for this and they offer over 60 multimedia applications that will help you create the perfect event page at the Events Listed website for you; something that reflects who you are as well as what you plan to do at your party.

Put up a web page with your photos, play your favorite music in the background and maybe even add some video or other content to spice up your page; just don't forget to include details about the party so that people can come. You will also want to encourage your friends to mingle online and so why not stimulate some conversation around your party theme - what are the best bars in town? A trivia quiz about the area where you will go rock climbing?

Once you have set up your web page, send out those emails with a link to the page to all your friends and everyone you want to invite so that they can see it. They will love it - you can even have their pictures next to their names and they will be able to see who else is coming, who is not coming or who has not responded.

And once the party is over, the web page is still there and you can go back and add more photos, write little notes about the party and keep people talking about the great time they had.

Make your party a real blast and then make sure you remember it for many years afterwards by signing up for a free account with Events Listed 21st Birthday Party Themes and creating your own online invitation now.

Let's face it, with the economy going the way it is, more and more families are searching for ways to save a few dollars here and there. And now, with the fall season upon us, we are approaching three main festivals that require the spending of money - Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Wouldn't it be great if we could get a few ideas to help us save some money during these times, instead of spending more?

Well, I've got great news for you! Why not take some time to make your own homemade Halloween costume. This will not only save you some money, but it can be a great family activity for you and your children. And in this day and age, we could always use a little more quality family time.

Most of us aren't very creative, so here are four ideas to get you started in making your own homemade Halloween costume:

1. Clothes from Your Closet

Old prom dresses or bridesmaid dresses can turn into a bride's gown or a beauty pageant costume for a little girl. Or raid dad's closet and dress like a Nerd or Businessman. If you dig deep enough into your closet, you might even be able to pull off a last-minute Punk Rocker or Hippie costume.

2. Headbands

Many costumes require little more than a headband and a hot glue gun. If you have those two items at home, look around your house for items to start gluing on. If you have some tulle, a doily, lace, or any piece of fabric, you can make a veil. Add flowers to really 'fancy it up'. Cut some felt pieces and glue them on to make ears (bunny ears, cat ears, dog ears, or any other animal you can imagine). You can even quickly make antennae to be an alien or bug by simply gluing some pipe cleaners onto a headband.

3. Sweatsuits

A white sweatsuit can easily become a cow or Dalmatian. Simply take a Black Sharpie and draw spots onto the fabric. Then put a little black on your child's nose. (Add ears if you have time, using a headband and felt - see above.)

4. Cardboard Boxes

Got a large cardboard box laying around? Cut holes for your head and arms, and then create any number of costumes in minutes. For example, your child can be a TV - just take a black marker and draw a screen and some buttons onto the front. You can even take an old cord and glue it to the back of the box. How about a computer? Same idea -- draw a screen on the front, and then glue a computer mouse (or even a furry mouse as a joke) to the side of the box. Or my favorite -- a washing machine. Make an opening on top of the box (in front of the child's head), or on the front of the box. Inside this opening you can glue a smaller box or bag, and this can be where everyone places the child's candy when he goes trick or treating.

You don't have to spend a lot of money to create a fun, inexpensive homemade Halloween costume. Just look around the house and use a little imagination, and your child will soon be wearing one of the best costumes in the neighborhood!

Brian Lehr has put together a fun Halloween site, filled with helpful resources to make this Halloween the best ever for you and your family. Visit Homemade Halloween Costume to discover this world of family fun!

Halloween activities are enjoyed both by Adults and kids. The term Halloween is derived from the Halloween day which is celebrated on 31st October since many years. A large number of superstitions and symbols are related with Halloween such as ghosts, fairies, witches, goblins etc.

In Halloween activities there is a custom of decorating with leaves, cornstalks and pumpkins. They should be fun for all present and not only the organizers.

Nowadays, Fun Halloween activities are organized on birthday parties and other kid's party and kids have a gala time enjoying these activities. Special costumes are worn in these activities and kids dress up like witches and ghosts to celebrate Halloween party. Different types of pranks are played in Halloween parties. These pranks are enjoyed by both kids and adults.

In a Halloween party Fun Halloween activities play a very important role apart from the indoor and outdoor decoration which must be done up according to the theme to give a scary look. By giving a horrific and scary look to the decoration the special effects of the Halloween party can be attained. Other trendy games which call for doing disgusting and scaring acts by participants generally go well in a Halloween party. Resemblance of blood, human body parts by toys and other things can create a scary yet healthy atmosphere.

Blind touch game in which participants are made to touch something which will resemble blood and human parts are perfect for Halloween activities. Use of worms, bugs, snakes etc. made of rubber or other materials and making kids touch them blind folded and telling them that it is real can also be great fun. In a big group of kids, you can also organize freeze dancing where the kids will dance to the tune of a CD player and will stop dancing and freeze in scary postures as soon as the music stops.

If you are a peace lover and do not want too much noise and music etc. you can opt for arranging fun Halloween activities which can be played peacefully. There are lots of Halloween riddles, puzzles, crosswords, worksheets and books etc. which can be enjoyed thoroughly by children without making too much of noise. Rock Star Wigs Halloween Wigs

Rock Star Wigs Halloween Wigs unsized for kids and adults

Your teenager is long past the time when a few rags sewn onto his old jeans made for a really cool mummy suit. So how in the world do you come up with an idea for a cool Halloween costume he'll actually wear in public? In this article we're going to show you how to create a cool Halloween costume any teen would be proud to wear to their next ghoulish festivity.

The Biker Teen

Rev it up with a cool Halloween costume that will turn your sweet child into the baddest biker on the block. Some black jeans paired with an old t-shirt (sleeves cut off or rolled, of course), and topped off with a great leather bomber jacket found at your local discount or thrift store, turns your teenager into a bad-to-the-bone terror on two wheels. Slick back his hair with a little gel to complete the effect, and dab on some "facial hair" using a sponge and brown crme makeup.

Punk Rocker Costume

Son not quite the biker type? Wants to spice things up with a bit more attitude? Try a great punk rocker look for a really cool Halloween costume that's as easy to make as it is great to look at. The look is easy enough to obtain - just some ripped up jeans and a rock-themed shirt; but the true "cool" in this Halloween costume comes from the spiked hair! If your teens hair is long enough, then the spikes will be easy enough to create; otherwise, you may need to purchase a wig just for the occasion.

To create the spikes, a combination of hair gel and white school paste is used. The trick is to first slick the hair with hair gel, and allow to dry completely. Next, take the white paste in your hands just as you did the gel, and pull sections of hair up into tall spikes on top of your son's head. You will need to work the spikes upward with your hands until they become tacky, at which point they should start to stand on their own.

The Doubtful Heiress

Hey - it isn't just the boys who want a cool Halloween costume to show off at their next party, your daughters are going to want to have their moment of fame, as well! The "Doubtful Heiress" costume is one of the most popular costumes when it comes to teen girls, and the look is as easy to create as a quick trip to your local thrift store. An assortment of rag-tag clothing in various sizes, colours and patterns is most all that is needed for this costume; paired with several strands of faux pearls and other costume jewellery (the more the better in this case). A teased hair-do finishes the look, and a giant handbag filled with "goodies" makes a great accessory.

Creating a cool Halloween costume for your teen is really more about being as original as possible than trying to be scary. Thrift stores and garage sales are the perfect places to find your bits and baubles for these really cool costumes; which means your teen will be happy, and so will your pocketbook.

Adult's Purple Grapes Halloween Costume

Halloween is one of the most amazing holidays of the year! Much like Christmas and Easter, it has its own seasons of thrills and chills in itself. Doubters be damned, Halloween has singe-handedly resurrected fear from the pits of our subconscious and made it both into a commodity and an art form. In what other season do you see so many people lining up to see their favorite slasher flicks in droves, so many teenagers playing Silent Hill and Fatal Frame on their gaming consoles, and so many kids donning the freakiest costumes known to man in order to go out Trick or Treating? Truly Halloween is a cultural phenomenon unlike any other.

And one of the things that are not to be missed on that momentous occasion would be the immortal Halloween party. With the most ghoulish of games, the most devilish fun and the most wickedly sick costumes around, a Halloween party is one of the events where being freaky is the norm and desired behavior. And when you want you Halloween party to be the biggest party of the year, you'll definitely need people to fill up the venue. And how do you get these people to come in droves? With amazing invitations of course!

Creating the perfect Halloween invitations is actually much easier than you think. What you have to keep in mind though is that apart from being scary, the perfect Halloween invitation is always eye catching. So be sure to use strong and oh so scary colors such as black, red and orange. The customary ghost, vampire, werewolf, skeleton and witch would be a welcome addition as well.

You could also make your invitations a little better by using realistic touches like applying glue to look like cobwebs and splashing red paint to look like bloodstains. Or you can make it a whole lot more worthy of attention by making it a pop-out card, with your most ghoulish creation jumping out on your guest like a jack-in-the-box when they open it. This however requires a little more work, but the rewards for going this route can be spectacular.

The invitation however is only one of the many things you need to complete the ultimate Halloween themed party. Is the stork on its way for someone near and dear to you? Have you been assigned the blessing (or curse) of hosting the baby shower? Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that "measuring the waist of the expecting" games aren't just loads of fun, and that 20 plus doses of estrogen wandering around your house isn't a blast. But let's face it, hosting a baby shower can be a daunting task.

It doesn't need to be so! With so many etiquette and clever idea books out there, you can do this! So just take a deep breath and read on...

Now, before I tell you a story, let me relay to you that I used to be one of the cynical types. I'm not into big, expensive weddings, and I used to think wedding and baby showers were created by the greedy. My idea of a good time is a night out on the town with your girlfriends and a few margaritas, and let that be the end of it. But let me tell you I've (sort of) changed my mind on this topic. I recently attended a baby shower that went off without a hitch! I'm fairly certain I even enjoyed it!

There were some very clever things that occurred at this particular shower that made it go so smoothly and caused people to (heaven forbid) have fun! Here are some ideas for those of you expecting a shower for the expecting...

  • Before the shower everyone had to email in a story of parenthood or, if they weren't a parent, then a babysitting or sibling story. The book was made into a scrapbook with pictures and was passed around. All the stories were great -- some were sentimental, but most were fantastic anecdotes about the funny, and sometimes wretched, things their spawn did.
  • Not only did people share stories in the book, but this also lead to a lengthy and humorous discussion of childbirth and parenthood.
  • Everyone was asked to bring their favorite childhood book as a gift, in order to start a library for the baby.
  • Alcohol was served to those who were allowed to drink it.
  • The baby shower favors consisted of little, sterling silver charms that adhered to the shower theme of stars and moons, which will be used in the baby's bedroom. The charms were a hit, because they could be used in a number of ways -- either as pendants, or as an addition to a charm bracelet.

So hopefully this has been helpful to those of you who will soon face the task of hostess. Remember to have a sense of humor and relax. It can either be a fun time of reminiscing and merriment, or you can bust out the tape measure and embarrass the mother-to-be to no end. If it were me, I'd choose the first option!

Dog Pirate Halloween Costume (Size: Small)

1/ Write a personal letter, poem, or card-

Girls cannot resist a love poem written especially for them. It does not have to be a masterpiece but a little more depth than Green Eggs and Ham. If you feel all tongue-tied writing a letter, send a funny card. Tell her that you have been thinking about her. Write it down that you would love to take her out.

2/ Send her on a treasure hunt-

Leave her a message at school or work that she is being asked to go on a treasure hunt. Hide clues with messages on a path that will lead straight to you!

3/ Deliver a bouquet of balloons-

You will take her breath away by sending balloons to her at school or work. Write the question on the balloons- one word on each balloon to spell out- "Will you go out with me? " Have the balloons tied to a teddy bear to seal the deal.

Halloween-

Planning to go out around Halloween can be tons of fun for you and your date. Dress up like a knight in shining armor and ask if she will be your princess. You could invite her to a friend's party or throw a Halloween bash of your own.

4/ Valentine's Day-

Place a rose on her desk at school or work. Attach a note inside a big Hershey's Kiss asking, "Will you be my Valentine?"

5/ Record a song-

Play a song in the background and sing along or record your own voice singing to her. It could be a silly song or find out one of her favorites. At the end of the recording-, pop the question.

6/ Rent a billboard-

Have a photograph of the lucky lady blown up and placed on a billboard. Have the sign ask has anybody seen the girl who has stolen your heart? Not only will it stop traffic but also it will let her know what lengths you will go to ask her out.

After she says "Yes!" It is up to you to make the date a special one that she will never forget.

Bumble Bee Tutu Child Costume

Costume includes leotard with attached tutu and wings, and headpiece. Wand, tights and shoes not included nor available. Available in Toddler size and Child size Small.

Halloween is just around the corner. To me, it's one of the funnest holidays because it sparks
imagination in my house. Kids love to play dress up anyhow and it's so much more fun when the whole community is playing dress up!

We make a lot of our decorations at home. In fact, we only really buy Halloween decorations after the season is over when they are really cheap! So, I thought I would discuss some of the value of making decorations at home.

There are some items around the house that are normally there, but most people throw them away. We use them to make crafts and holiday decorations. Egg cartons, toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls are just a few of the things that are in every home and generally end up in the trash can. However, if a family put them to use, they could have some family fun while making decorations that are already paid for!

Egg cartons are great for making bugs. Kids can get very creative and design their own bugs on these. You don't even need the "real" "eyeballs" because almost anything can be made into the shape of an eyeball. As for legs, pipe cleaners, Q-tips and even toothpicks can be used!

Paper towel and toilet paper rolls can also be used to make bugs, but they can also be used as part of a costume. With a little glue or tape and some paint or marker, you can quickly have binoculars or telescopes for a pirate or army costume! Get creative and bring the family together. It's a great way to promote family closeness while decorating the house and spending practically nothing!

Sexy Pirate Wench Halloween Costume by Leg avenue

Customer Review: Aaargh...Pirate!
Cool costume! I wish it came with the hat. I also wish the manufacturers took into consideration tall women, I had to improvise because the garment wasn't long enough to cover my bottom.
Customer Review: No hat
Cheap material for the arms, but the corset part was velvet which felt nice. The straps are a little wide, so be careful if you have narrow shoulders. Also, it's pretty snug so buy one size up to be on the safe side. It doesn't stretch much since it has a zipper in the back.

Learning to play chess can be quite difficult if you want to be really good - and that's why chess training online is so powerful. You see, you probably already know chess offers a ton of benefits - it improves memory, helps with math skills, improves concentration, develops logical thinking, teaches independence, promotes creativity, helps with psychology - not to mention it's FUN and CHEAP.

The problem, however, comes in learning how to play and become an absolute master.

This is why chess training online is the best possible thing you can do:

1. You're practically forced to succeed. A good chess training class will take you from absolute amateur to world-class pro because of all the things online training can afford. You can get action plans, precise information that you can read and re-read, and drilled-down-to-precision information.

2. It's inexpensive. Do you know there are actual chess tutors? And they can cost hundreds of dollars an hour. Online training is much cheaper, even though you end up learning more.

3. You can save time researching yourself. Sure, there are chess books - but some of them are so dry that people can't get through them. Others are marketed great but don't have too much information, or are far too advanced for people who are starting out.

Overall, there are benefits to other training - such as one on one time with tutors - but chess training online is probably the best way to go for 99% of people. They get to learn without breaking the budget, they get things drilled-down to them in a very precise manner, and most of all - they learn, 100%, this game that so many intelligent people love.

Chad Chesterson finally became a Chessmaster about four long years, and he's now passionate about teaching people how to play chess.
